    SEO firms lack being innovative. They simply follow the contract and stay in line with all the terms. This is good when you want to avoid doing something illegal, but SEO firms who are too conventional limit the client’s website since the SEO firm does not give advices or new techniques on promoting it. Another is that conventional methods may only work for a limited time; after that time is finished there are no new things that add to the improvement of the website and how it could get better hits.

    Unreliable SEO firms are also too independent; the firms provide all the SEO services on their own and refuse to receive help from other areas. An SEO company can do all the work independently, the problem is the firm cannot assure that each field is specialized by the firm, thus the website’s quality is compromised.

    Hyphen Technology do not care about the client and avoid client involvement are firms that will not lead the website anywhere. A client must always be involved and the firm must always acknowledge the clients decisions and perspectives. A good SEO firm should know how to handle their clients; SEO firms that aim to manipulate certain areas of your website might be planning to rip you off. And also, SEO services providers should be consistent with the client; even after the launch and promotion has started the SEO firm should continue conducting reviews and improvements on the website.

    Unhappy Over billing

    The triband charges are stady for last fve years @ Rs. 300 pm. But Feb-10 was Rs. 514.84 and Rs. 4393.47 for March -10. There were no unusual usage and the your data website was not able to display the sites visited. We suspect there could be mistake in billing. Pl rectify to enable us to pay the correct amount.

    Angry Compalint against broadband

    Hi,
    This mail is regarding the mental harrasment i am facing from MTNL broadband.I know this is not the grievance cell but still i want to bring this in your vision that i have been harrased by the service of mtnl broadband.I am using the mtnl broadband for last 1 year or so.I am living in Nehru Vihar, Delhi. situated near Bhajanpura but being a rehabilation colony none of your staffs helps the consumer living here. My internet works hardly 10 to 20 minutes days in a week. I always use to register complaint but i never got any proper service from MTNL. This time when my final year examz are going on i am realy forced to write this to helpdesk.They have never provided any technical assitance to my net related problems.My net isnt wroking from Feb 2010. I have regulary registered the complaint at 1504 but didnt got any assistance from MTNL. When i didnt got any response to my complaints then i personaly approached my areas Line man, Compuer engineer who provides assistance and he sais itz not his responsibiltiy that my net is not wrking , when he respond like this den i talkd to SDO,Area manager and Additional Engineer as well.I personaly went to there places and told them about my problem but they dint took any corrective measures till now and they are not even picking up the call.I am completely frustrated and broke down by this service and i am not able to talk to any one else now. I am a graduation final year student and my examz are going on.My last exam is on 18th may and that is also of computer.So it is my humble request to you that please take any action to make my net work on time.Its my careers show time and i am realy worried about it. I am writting this mail because no 1 responded against my complaints.

    Default Compalint against mtnl broadband

    Sir/mam

    My telephone number is 27432693 and MY residence is at delhi. I have a wifi connection of MTNL broadband at my place. My modem was not working properly so i complain for it. It took 10 days to seek my complaint. The personnel replace my modem with another old/ used modem, it worked fine for an hour and then the same condition, the modem had the same problem which i had before. It is a technical fault in the modem which is from manufacturing. The Modem model is DNA-A212.

    Now i just wish to cut your mtnl broadband plan as no customer services provided by you people and faulty modems you circulate. WORST SERVICE EVER HAD.

    If i had the authority, i will definatly take this issue to consumer court. My connection not even prevailed for 20days and your products seems to be faulty in new condition too.

    A strict action will be appreciated.

    Default Worst behaviour of your people - thank you mtnl

    Sir/mam
    I am a customer of mtnl wifi broadband services. It is going to be 2 months as my wifi was not working properly. I placed many complaints and no one visited to me. I mailed you my problem too before. After that one of your people replaced my new modem with an old one with an old adapter which was broken and was taped. But the modem still not worked. I have a unlimited connection but my modem only works for 2 hours a day and with its own condition not when we want to use it. After placing about 5-7 complaints in this month we recieved your people phone calls only asking for the internet that it is working or not. Today, 19th June a person named Bhupinder PM 1733 (ph - 20598095) who was from shakti nagar came to my house and was behaving very rudely to us. When i asked what is the problem in the modem, he replied modem is OK and he is not sure about the working of the modem and told us that this modem requires a software to be installed. He reset the modem settings again and told us that he has installed the software. The 'Reset' of the modem was done before also but the modem works for only few hours only. The person was very rude in behaviour and was not polite to the customers. I in return asked him to write his name and number on a piece of paper in his own handwriting so that i can complaint to you for his rude behaviour.

    Please note his name is BHUPINDER (PM 1733) and is from MTNL shakti nagar. I told him that i will complaint against him as he admitted that the modem (DNA-A212) has problem since 6 months so my question is why your people our supplying Faulty modem to your customers..

    Kindly take a strict action for our complaints against the modem as your people are not able to tackle our problems.

    Default Frequenty disconnection of internet

    Iam havingd a internet connection on 26518622 at my office situated at bandra east , govt. colony, mumbai 51. For last 20 days im launching complaint on 198 and calling different officers regarding my frequently disconnection but no one response or solves my problem. The person Mr. Karam Kadam jst commits and dosent send any one to solve my problem. And most of all the behaviour of the staf Mr. Yadav and Mr. Mishra is very pathetic. Pls take sum strict action abt my problem so that in future other customers dnt face this issue

    Default Not working towards the complaint registered by me

    Hi,

    I have taken 495\- unlimited plan. I am using it since 5 months. The speed is too slow and my internet gets disconnected in any call comes on land line. I have booked my complaint several times against it but no solution is provided. Recently I booked complaint again and taled to customer care on 1504. She asked me to do some trouble shooting steps. I did what she said. After all analysis she told me that the speed is very slow than expected and there may be some router issue. I was convinced that a technician will be sent to my home to resolve this issue. No technician came since then. When ever we call at customer case they give some other number to call. When we call on that number they inturn give some other number to call and the list of numbers to call has become too long but till now no response. One of the guys in customer care told that we might not have clear bills since long time but when we told them that no bills are pending, they looked in the system and again gave some number.

    The issue still persists.

    I am very much disappointed with MTNL broadband service becz I am using this service for last 2 year but not satisfy with their service even a single day. Regarding that I complaints lots of time but no response from your side hence I request you please suggest me that where I have to go for my complaints for positive response……..

    I have registered my out of order phone compalint On 23362198 On 15/8/10 vide comp no 3.despite of repededly reminders to mtnl, through mails comp No 91170on23/8,91420on 25/8,91496 on26/8,91627 on27/8&91680 on27/8 , on tracking the comp status comes closed, I am unable to understand that without making it in order how status comes closed, In the month of Jan also my phone & net was off for 22 days ,for which I received full Bill despite of Non working of line for 22 days & the same was paid by me on the assurance of Dt Mr Kakro that the same will be adjusted in next bill but nothing has happened. Now again the line is off since 15th Aug10, & till date MTNL is not able to correct the fault. which is a harresment to consmer. I request your good self to direct the concern staff to rectify the fault & alive the dead phone.immediately

    Exclamation internet not working fron one wonth

    Hi

    My self shilpi mehrotra its almost a month my internet is not working i already do complaint in mtnl customer care but from there is no respone when i call first time they said its problem in your modem i replace that also its work only form one day then again problem is the same but now when i saw my bill its 1200rs why should i pay for it i not use my net for why they are sending the bill of 1200rs kindly look into my matter otherwise i take very serious action agaist mtnl

    I would like to draw your attention that I am subscriber of Broad band net connection since long.
    From last one and half month I am facing lot of problem while working on net. During working the
    net connection got disconnect very often facing lot of problems. I am giving below the detials of

    Default Broadband Refund (CAF No. 6008645)

    MTNL Sales Executive (Mr. Jatin- 9868271144) visited me on 10/07/2010 to install IPTV services. He collected my cheque for Rs. 2250/- (Cheque No. 234721 drown on SBI-Delhi University Branch).

    In spite of several reminders, Mr. Jatin is ignoring my request for return of the cheque that he collected but the money was not utilized as Hudson Line area does not have IPTV facility as yet.

    I am very upset with Mr. Jatin and do not wish to contact him. However, I am registering this complaint against Jatin who should be penalized for his callous attitude towards a senior citizen and retired professor. Cash penalty is one way to teach ales executive to be more responsible. This will also improve MTNL customer service.

    I look forward to your email acknowledgement as early as possible.
