Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I am Tushank Jawa on 31st of October i requested MTNL to convert my internet
connection to wi-fi & i even requested them to change my broadband plan from
600 unlimited which gives you 256 Kbps speed to 999 unlimited which gives
you 512 Kbps . Now the very next day they converted my plan to 999 but its
been almost 1 week that i have been regularly requesting them to increase my
internet speed to atleast what i deserve & what i am paying for. There
obvious reply is that it will be done by the morning but that has never
happened till date, despite of several request and complaints nothing is
being done. I was also asked to email my request at bb500k@gmail.com &
helpdesk.delhi@bol.net.in which i did, i waited for there reply but all in
vain. I even attached a Print Screen which proves that what speed i am
getting. So overall its means that i am being over-charged with reference to
the what plan i have opted for & the speed that i am getting (256kbps).
I even tried to get in touch with Area Manager but he wasn't available. I am
really upset with MTNL services.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
