I have purchased the Tata Photon plus for Rs.2400/- on 18/11/2010. At the time of purchasing i had told that salesperson to show me how to use the device. He did all the things wat he told me. Then he told me to use that device after i get the activation code call from there side.
I got call from their side after 2 days. I activated my device on my friends laptop since i didnt had mine at that time. When i reached home, i tried to install the software to use the device. The software was installed successfully. After restarting my laptop, when i tried to connect the device it gives me message "Unsupported Device". As of now i have given many complaints to them and had visited to Tata Indicom's Showroom, but they told that they will send their concern enggineer to my place, bt i just received a call and then they told me that you have to visit the showroom.
Thus they just then close the matter.
Hence because of this fault I have Formatted my laptop thrice.
Thus I dont want to use this service anymore and want my money back after giving there device(with box) as it came to me.

Hence I heartly request you to help me in this matter.
