Regarding Tata Indicom Bad Services

    Question Regarding Tata Indicom Bad Services

    I have taken tata photon internet services. Mobile no. for the same is 9214310875.

    I have closed the services by visiting Mumbai Tata gallary after giving all the relevent details.
    But the services continued after that. I have called customer care and informed the same.
    They told me that we will check.

    For the 2 months they were used to bill me as per my fixed plan.

    I have not paid the bill and intimated the same at customer care.

    Now they have send me legal notice to pay the dues with Rs. 1100 for legal charges.

    Amount of bill for 2 months was Rs. 1778.

    Without any kind of concurrence / written letter to me they have sent me directly legal notice.

    I am fade up with tata photon.

    Please help me out by this.

    We would like to inform you that the cancellation request of connection of one state cannot be accepted in other state. As your connection is of Rajasthan and you have submitted request in Mumbai. However, the billing is correct as you have been charged for your usage and no unused rentals have been charged. Further, your connection has been permanently disconnected on 27-Oct-2010, due to nonpayment of the bills.

    The current outstanding balance in your account is Rs.1778/-.Request you to clear the same.
