Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mohd. Arastu from Jamia Nagar New Delhi-25. I am doing Engineering in Civil stream from Jamia Millia Islamia. I have bought Reliance Netconnect Modem from 29th April 2009. I paid Rs. 3500. My Reliance net number is 9313558063.

I was told that I would get two months free subscription on connection. I used modem for five days then I got message that I have to pay Rs. 4000 and my connection was hanged.

I then called to custarmerecare and asked for the problem. He told me that it happened by mistake and he would resolve the problem but now after 6 days there is no responce, my connection is still deactivete.
