Hi,
I purchesed Reliance Netconnect+ on Velachery 100ft road office. My connection was active only for 10 days. But after which, it was disconnected. I have visited the branch for almost 10 times, but no response. Later I came to know that, they did not send my application to reliance office due to which my connection was disconnected.

I have also sent a mail asking them to take a look into the issue. But no response. They are realy money eaters and does not care about selling nothing product to customer.

What can be done for the above issue
