This is with reference to the broadband connection taken from Sify Technologies in month of March, 2009.
As of now I have made the below complains to Sify customer care.
8440269 : 18th April, 2009 : BB101. Lan not connected. No internet connection. Got resolved after 18 hours.
8467531 : 27th April, 2009 : BB101 : Lan Not connected. No internet connection. Got resolved after 15 hours.
8499866 : 7th May, 2009 : Technical Problem. BB108. Lan not connected.
8503829 : 8th May, 2009 : BB108. Lan not connected.
8506071 : 9th May, 2009 : Inspite of payment done, it was showing Error 530, which took around 24 hours to resolve this.
8508729 : 10th May, 2009 : BB101 : Unable to reach Gateway (which is not resolved so far. Current time /date = 11.00 AM / 11th May, 2009)
Inspite of doing the same complaints, I am getting the same connection error every 24 hours, by which I am not getting access to Internet connection when needed with which I am not able to do any of my office work from home which effects my commission. Also my wife is not able to communicate with my inlaws in her pregnancy.
I also tried to get in touch with Bala Asubhupalan – sify sales person ( 09916127613) but he was not at all helpful on my problem. Seems Sify Sales is interested only in new sales, not in customer satisfication.
Can you please help me in this?
