i bought a mtnl landline connection 4 months ago only for the purpose of internet but my internet connection has not started yet. i payed three times the bill of my connection included internet charges. my connection no. is 01128042642
i have complaint in mtnl customer care many times but they don't solve any problem.
my three time complaint no. are following:

i dont have any records of any other complaints.
due to their this inconvience i had loss in my business. i have to go internet cafe several times for using internet which is chargable for me.
i want all my internet charges return from mtnl which they charged from me
