Dear Sir/ Madam,

I'm reliance data card user and using only one internet connection, connection id is 9310288953, I always cleared my all pending dues with fine. One of my fellow need the connection and she did not have any id proof which is required for purchasing the connection, when I contacted to purchase the TATA PHOTON connection he said that he is also the distributor of Reliance Data Card, I told him that my fellow need internet connection and she did not have any id proof apart from office id, He said office id is not valid for purchasing the connection. He give me solution and said to purchase the Reliance Data Card and committed that she did face any problem on that connection even with id proof. He suggested me give my id proof with her contact number which I given to the distributor, he also confirmed that it will not reflect in my account. Reliance executive visited my fellow residence at 9:00PM for providing the connection and collected the amount (My office Fellow New Connection Id: 9310107184).
Why user need to suffer,wherein solution is giving by your distributor only?
After purchasing the connection it took more than 2 week to live, I made a complaint which is already in customer care with incorrect issue submitted by customer care agent "Internet Speed is Slow", We reported "Internet Not Working".
I had submitted my details twice for being connection to live. After that I faced another issue on bill sent to my fellow.
We spoke in customer care but they did not have any solution, instead of diverting to Nodal Officer. We tried to contact on provided number (Mr. Anup, 011-30332655) but their is no responce from provided number, after that we loose the hop and we paid full amount of non using of internet connection.
We again contacted in customer care for not able to reach the Nodal Officer, but reliance customer care agent did not care for the customer instead of updating incorrect information in system. Which is really disappointing for me. Due to such responce I stop responding on Reliance Data Card calls regarding clearing my account dues.

I very much upset & fed up with reliance services. No one agree to take ownership. Is this quality policy of Reliance Data Card?
