    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is Tarun Mehta my complaint is for Tata Photon Plus internet services. I purchased Tata photon plus connection 9266622610 on 29th august through Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd. Noida. I raised a complaint against network related problem on 31st of August 2010 against complaint no - 184115 and service request no - 235331963 after that i continuously calling customer care department but as on 10 of September i was told that your complaint will be entertained by 9:26 Am, but i have not received any calls and any representative visit as yet.
    I want to get resolve this issue as soon as possible or take strong action against Tatatele services ltd.

    Thumbs down Tata photon plus internet probelms

    I purchased a Tata photon plus connection from Cutch Telecom, Bangalore on Sep 16 th. I have raised complaints with the customer care regarding the speed of the connection 3 times. The speed test shows just 40 KBps. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes for even the speed test website to open. The last complaint I raised was on 3rd October. Complaint Number : 238475335. It has not been resolved yet. How do I get it resolved? It has been a very bad experience with tata photon. Pathetic service !

    Default worse internet connection very very low speed...

    Tata Photon Team and frnds,

    I have been experiencing very worse service from Tata photon plus team, my photon plus no is 9243316051.
    I have taken a Tata photon plus connection on 08/10/10... The plan i have taken unlimited 3.1 mbps speed ( which they told maximum speed and best plan) , but speed is very very low suddenly after 20 days... As I worked with VPN network i need minimum speed of 256 kbps, but when I checked on speedtest.net its showing around 100kbps to max 200 kbps... tried to a lots with customer care but not get any resolved.. Technician has come from Tata indicom and checked but he told its happened coz the speed provided is very low.. 100-200 kbps speed, where its promised 3.1 mbps.. I paid Rs.2500/- for installation device . But its seems its gone waste totally.. Even I tried to call the nodel officer of Tata photon plus by name stala thmas @ 9243199970 its always goes to voice mail and not able to listen anything, asking name again and again... such a terrible service.. after shouting also they are not able to listen in voice mail...
    As I work from home, I was not able to attend my office work on Monday (ie 01/11/10).... its a big lost for me....I work for wipro and same experience will be communicate to all the employees of my company as well all the known people in the industy....
    Pls dont take tata photon plus connection... its worse connection and promising scrap about the speed and all....

    Thumbs down Tata Photon + 3.1 MBPS is totally flop it is getting 3.1KBPS

    This is Premjit my complaint is Tata Photon Plus internet services is getting 3.1kbps instead of 3.1mbps. I purchased Tata photon plus connection 9241166373 on 5th October. That day only i got 200kbps after next day 30kbps to till date 5 November 2010 getting same speed 3.1kbps. I raised so many complaint against speed slow. One day one person came to my room he is technical person from Tata Indicom Photon plus, simply he check my connection and he told connection was very slow i will check our office only, after that nothing happen still speed is getting 3.1kbps. 3/4 times also customer care department calling and asking what is ur speed? Simply they people are asking. Compare to Tata photon + 3.1mbps connection and Mobile GPRS connection mobile connection is the best. so please help me anyone to get atleast 500kbps.

    Default MTNL 3G Data Card not working

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is Jyoti Prakash Behera my complaint is for MTNL 3G Data card internet services. I purchased MTNL 3G Data crda connection 9013726714 on 6th Aug 2010 from Sanchar Haat Kauz Khas. I raised a complaint against the problme in the data card many a time. But never I got any solution. Sometimes some custmer care exective give the suggestion which is very silly to know. I have raised more than 50 complains as of now, by which I have waist my money by calling from my mobile. Again as I could not depend any more on the Data Card sevice I jhave taken a Land Phone from MTNL wher I have waiste some more money. I am really fed up now. I have rechanrged my Data Card and calling customer care everyday. But still no luck.

    Now I need my all money back and compensation due to mental tension.

    One of the photon executive called me telling me that you pay 800 rupees and your tata photon will close and no further bill will come.the same said by other executive too.then i called one of them and i paid the money and i got the confirmation that no further bill will be generated.

    But after two months they are giving me legal notice that i hav not paid 1000 rupees.and they are charging 2% intrest per month for that amount,
    i want to know like this by begging from like us customer ratan tata has become billionare.

    You liar tata photon plus,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i would never suggest any of my friend or relative to give bhikh to ratan tata.
