Dear Sir / Ma'am
It has been 1 mounth now . I bought a Norton Anti virus for 1600/- rs,
i try to installed the cd in my but computer
But it didnt work .I called up the company and they said sorry sir we cant
fix your problemthen i have got a mail from Norton that i can go n the
refund from the shop i have got from,but the person said that when he will
get it from the company then only he can give it to me.
I am sending you the mail which they have sent me
Can you please advice me what should i do next

Having examined your issue, I recommend that you contact the retail
store ( Computer Craft ) and ask for a refund or exchange for Rs.1600/- by
returning the NAV2009 CD purchased on 27.1.2009 with Invoice No. 603 as you
are experiencing difficulties in scanning the computer useing norton
program.
