I booked a flight ticket online via CLEARTRIP, money got deducted from my bank account but cleartrip site showed a server error.
After making n number of calls, wasting 100s or rupees , finally got the ticket confirmed, but they sent me the ticket with a wrong name.

No one should buy tickets from this site.

It is totally inadept to handle consumer queries , response is lackdaisical and often wrong and result is more
than unacceptable....

I'd booked a hotel stay from cleartrip on dec 24th for Hotel Amer View, Jaipur, still in the website if you see the details it says hotel has all facilities of Gym, Swimming pool, Bar n stuff like that+ its a 3.5 star property.

But when i landed up @ that place things turned out to be totally opposite... there were beer bottles lying in the balcony, rooms were stinky there was a foul smell in all rooms + there was no sign of swimming pool or gymnasium.....

Altogther it was really a bad experience & when i tried cancelling the deal they said there would not be any refund nither they can arrange any alternative stay for me.
And on top of it every time you visit there website there would be a popup waitin for u which says 0% CANCELLATION CHARGES ON HOTEL BOOKINGS....

Nobody should trust booking a hotel stay from cleartrip THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS....!!!!
