Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a LIC Policy Holder(Policy no:624572768), my policy premium was due till Jan-26/11/2008 to till date, since i was out of station, i couldnt get time to pay the premium, but now on 2-Apr-2009, i had paid the policy premium through online pay service provided by LIC through Citi Bank Gateway including late payment charges (Total Amount:Rs.14,272.00), i had made the payment using the service, the transaction got hanged in between, i didnt get any success screen even after waiting for a long time of half an hour, then decided to quit the screen, but when i saw in my Citi bank account details, the amount of 14,272.00 has been credited, immidiatly i have lodged a complaint against this with citibank customer care, after 2 days, (i,e 4 Apr-2009) they give me details that the transaction was successful with trace no:76635, but still my LIC home page doesnt show any details about my payment. i even sent a mail to concerned department in LIC with details, but there was no response from them, could you please help me out to find out my money, and where does the transaction is hanging, considering this request please do the needful to get my money back or get my premium updated in LIC site with appropriate transaction detials.
