Non of reliance customer care no rings...only its saya its busy 24 hrs the same responce bust ...plz try after some time...since last 1 monts .
im 4m orissa.

and the network falure in my are everyday for 2-3 hrs .
its from last 3 months..its main complain from all the users of reliance smart.

I activated my sim card and got it working for 2 days until suddenly my gprs stop working and i don't know why. I'm really frustrated because I loaded my sim 300php just to avail unlimited surf, now its not working! I already tried to activate my gprs 10 times using this "GPRS ON" and send it to 333. I received a message saying "MMS/GPRS/3G service features re already active" I turned off my cellphone and turn it back on, but still I don't have my GPRS. Can you please tell me what's going on with smart!

I am using reliance GPRS EDGE services from last 3 months.
The services were working well till 4th Dec 2011, When I was using Recharge of Rs 99 which was giving 6GB data usage to me for one month.
But on this 5th Dec 2011, I opted for recharge Rs 248 giving 20GB for 3 months. After this the GPRS EDGE services is giving me hard time. The browsing speed of 25kbps when done with 99 rs recharge is now went down to 3-4 kbps after getting 248 rs recharge.

Please let me know the solution as m totally fed up with the services. and the cherry on the top is that customer care people never ever came up with a solution.

Please come up with a solution as tolerating this much speed is quite impossible for me after paying 250 odd bucks..
