    Default Reliance netconnect activation

    Dear Sir/Madam

    My name is anshumn verma. I have bought a relaince netconnect LG USB modem by online payment on 19th March 2009. The person named ghnashyaam told me that it will be activated in 2 days.They asked me to contact a person name aamir for the activation and provided me his two mobile numbers.Both of them are switched off.Still my connection is not activated. I have called them so many times since morning. They always said it will be done today before 8 pm. But there is no reponse till now. Please tell me the way how can i file a complaint agianst this purchase? alse tell me if there is any way to refund my money back because now this card is useless for me since i have purcased this card for someone else.
    The representative name is Ghanshyaam and he called me from the number
    01204087618.

    Default Failure of activation

    My name's Dr Vaseem Ansari. I bought a reliance netconnect data card under postpaid connection online on Monday 19-09-2011 Huawei-EC159, MDN no 07498855805.My plan is supposed to be unlimited 3.1 mbps (for 10 gb) and upload speed 1.8 mbps. I made an online payment & Mr Dilip came for home delivery of the device which he told will be activated on the same day.I submitted my documents to him at that time. He funnily enough asked me to give him the empty box of the netconnect modem which I did not give him. He gave his phone no. 9773405001.
    The connection did not start till night & on calling him I was told that the he will submit document next day. On customer care I was told that it will take further 72 hrs for activation.
    I waited for 4 days but the connection did not get activated.
    I called customer care tollfree 180030005555 on 23/09/2011 wherein I was given a request no 2452781198 by Prajyul who ensured that the connection would be activated.
    Nothing so far. I received a call from Mr Dinesh (mo no. 9930648531) that connection will be activated by 7.30 evening & call him if it does not.
    Its 12.00 o'clock at night & the connection still not activated.
    I have tried both activation *228 & connect using netconnect & still it does not work.
    I tried calling on Mr Dinesh's no. No reply.
    Kindly help me...

    As per your message on 26 & 28 of this month, I am sorry to say that my coennection is still not activated.
    On customercare tollfree I was told about changes in settings by Mr Amit with no effect. I received one Mr Sayed (not a very pleasant person to talk) a little while back who had come for verification. He told the connection will be activated in the evening so I m keeping my fingers crossed for now.
