I sincerely request you all not to use Reliance Net connect. This is the terrible service i had ever seen, They had claimed 3.1 MBPS and the speed which we get is max of 100 KBPS......If you call their customer service, absolutely no response from them.

I am fed up of Reliance and decided not to buy any of the RELIANCE PRODUCTS ANYMORE.

Pls dont go with this bloody idiotic company who doesn't know the value of customer relationship and service.

Hi,

It is with great disgrace i am writing this mail. After several follow up's with customer service in regard to the terrible service provided by you guys, i am frustrated now. The response from your customer care is so pathetic that i lost complete hope in using your service by any means. This is the last mail which i am going to send to Reliance that to with super slow connection provided by you.

The speed mentioned by youis 3.1 MBPS and to my shock, the maximum i had seen is 300 KBPS (Ten times less that what you had mentioned). The average i get is 100 KBPS. For such a stupid service, i am doing regular payments of 1000 bucks per month.

I guess i had given atleast 10-15 complaints in regard to slow speed and one complaint in regard to fee waiver. There is not even a singe instance where in they came back to me and said that the issue is resolved. Is this the service you are providing to us?

This net connect is purchased for the emergency cases in my office and this RELIANCE connection is completely NOT RELIABLE. My Feedback to you guys is completely NEGATIVE. I dont see any meaning of customer service in Reliance. Even i work for service based company but this is the worst i had ever seen.

I am expecting a response for this mail else there is no option except going to Consumer court to show off you fake statements. If you can not give the service mentioned by you, Please return my money back.
