    Default Complaint against Tikona Broadband networks

    I am using Tikona Broadband user but maximum time i am complaining but no resolution is being provided.Kindly look into this matter and when we are complaining to the nodal officer Mr.Vikas Bhosale then doesnt even know to type a mail.Every time the same matter is being typed.I think he must be copying the same matter & pasting it and reverting it.
    When we call their custcare they it feels we have called a local no that too on some home no.They attent the cll so casually.Sometimes they are sleeping the same information we have to give again and again.
    I am really frustrated by this.Their cust care is useless.Like this they will loose their customers.

    This is with reference to the mail sent on 26,27.07.10 regarding the bill payment not reflecting in your system.I have made the payment through cheque at the ICICI drop box at Mulund(E) on the 12.07.10 and on 17.07.10 the amount of 1482/- has been debited from my A/c but yet it has been not updated in your system.I am having the bank statement of the period with me.
    I am attaching the scan copy of the bank statement in which it is clearly mentioning that the amount of 1482/- has been debited from my A/c but not updated in your system.Kindly resolve the issue as my online work is geting hampered due to this.After making the payment the services from your end have been suspended due to non payment.Kindly look into this matter and restore my services ASAP.

    Default Worst services - tikona

    Guys, Tikona has the worst services for Broadband & Customer care is more worst department, & the most efficient department is Accounts Deptt, which keeps u calling for payment.
    My User ID 1102196404, made a complaint on 30/11/10 in the morning that my PC was re-formatted & now want to get IP setings so I can start using the Net service, they said your complaint has been registered & within 6 hours u will get sms from us stating Complaint No. & one of our engineer will call U & will do the needful to solve your problems.
    I wiated for 6 hours & again called 18002094276 then they gave me complaint no. 1-1469722958 person spoke to me Mr. Bapu, again no result then i called them again @ 6.00 p.m. but still no result.
    Why do we need to call them again & again & we get no solution from them.

    Default Tikona a Useless & Painful Stress Company - TRAI should banned this FAKE company

    I have recently start using Tikona from 7th feb 2011 and paid a full payment of 1267 against my unlimited plan but that infact later on i discovered was not an unlimited plan a fake plan to squeeze the customer. From 15th feb till date i had been told that i had crossed the usage limit and my speed becomes painfully even it was earlier a SLOW stress as well. Now when i called customercare they are the most useless and fake persons to the company as they keep me hanging atleast 28min and just did not answer my query. when i check my session history it was totally fake and incorrect data according to my use. I am feeling so much stressful and disturbed as i have to complete my projects. Now i want to know is there any possible way to SUE the company and ofcourse TRAI should banned this FAKE company.

    plz sir i have a problem with ur serevice. I feel now a days ur service is getting verst.i dont know the reson why.
    1,connection what is promised,iam not getting that speed
    2, i have paid the bill in time even though my net connection was disconnected
    3, they r repeting my bill again and again,
    4, iam fedup telling my problems to tollfree.
    Nobody responce to our problrm,
    5, for un useage of netconnection they r raising the bill for me.
    6, when newely one of ur repersentative came to my house he promised me some other connection name .but what they have given is ul599/that to wrong connection. Regarding that also i complainted lot of times .no one bothered to check.
    Total it is verst service what iam getting form tikona.
    If u pepole can not provide proper service tell us. We will look for another service.

    i am facing same Problems

    i am From jaipur

    once a guy named Rajeev came my place and asked to try TIkona Wifi connection. I said that wifi is not good for latency. He told me Tikona is different and better we are using 4G technology . we can provide you better speed and latency than BSNL. So he shown me demo. Speed was ok but latency was not convincing enough.
    He told me that it is demo and we are using old material thats why latency is not good. He told me to get Tikona installed and everything will be fixed, he was claiming it as gurantee. I said what if not? He told me he will refund all money. Than i went for it.
    i was not convinced with Tikona and latency never improved and when ever i call them they use to say that they were sending someone at my home to fix it and one day when an agent came he said that there is some problem in Tikona side. He will comeback and he never did. And now when i call to that guy rajeev. he talks to me arrogantly and when i say i need my money back else ill go legal. He said as you wish.

    This is the worst behaviour i have ever seen in my life. I hope Consumer Court will listen to me.

    The most pathetic service provider i've ever seen in my whole life.

    You lodge a complaint & the guy never turns up at your place & the complaint automatically gets closed with a remark that customer was not available, when you call up at customer care they dnt have the details of the guy who visited no contact details also they cannot tell you the exact time when the engineer visited.

    I dnt knw hw are they managing this company...!!!

    Guy comes for installation & gives you in writing for waiver of installation charges. but still customer care refuses to waive off the charges.

    Hi

    I have got this Tikona Broadband connection few months back, but it was creating problems since the day they installed and on very first day when problem occurred , their local area person asked me to lodge a complaint in the company customer care-Imagine, on the day of installation, they are giving it already malfuctioning service and technician present in person not able to solve it(Thats because whole system is crappy in Tikona).

    Then there were connectivity issues and most the times, it would not connect in the night. I still tried it for 2-3 months , but then I raised a complaint in the first week of april (Complaint no. 1-176070261) to check and repair as internet was not working. Their technician came and was not able to fix it. But still they kept billing meter on.

    Later on I formally asked them to discontinue my services in April,2011 only, but still I am recieving their regular bills and they are not willing to disconnect the services.

    This is harrassment case where they are pestering the customer to maintain their useless company and cover their lossess.

    I request you to teach this fraud company a lesson and revoke its operations and get my security deposit amount refunded back, plus removal of its useless devices from my house.

    Default Cheating and Harassment by Tikona-Want to complain to TRAI

    I requested Tikona Company's wi-fi Internet Connection, executives came,explained the plan (590 Rs unlimited internet) said first LAN connection will be installed then u request to Customer Care for wi-fi. I did same. customer care said u'll be charged extra Rs 75 per month for modem rent.I told them ve been talking and asking full plan from ur executives since last 3-4 days nobody told me. Their answer was now we are telling u. I got offended at this cheating. same day within 1 hr I called CC for disconnection stating ur executives misguided, did not disclose exact plan even on installing the LAN modem though i had told from very first day I wanted wi-fi and whole plan was discussed according to wi-fi connection.I requested the connection on 13th Feb, they installed on 15th Feb and same day 15th Feb I requested disconnection nd stopped the payment of cheque Rs 590/-(installation charg).
    I complained to Nodal, replied matter would be solved. till date the instrument s lying unruly tied at my apartment and am getting calls from Recovery Department for payment of bill which they call Installation charges and internet usage which I never used. Say in their record disconnection came into effect from 19th Feb.
    Wrote to Nodal again and again that I'll not bear any expenses as this company has cheated me tried to hide facts till last moment.they even did not send bill but just passed on my mobile number to Recovery Department. they are harassing me so many times a day for payment.
    Kept writing to Nodal at every stage. Requested them again and again to resolve the matter, give me NOC as desired by Recovery, and take their instrument back. Every time Nodal replies are same ur case has been forwarded, our executive will contact u and resolve ur complaint. Till date so many time executives called and fixed time but no one came. On asking about No Objection Certificate, they say that cannot be issued its not our dept.story has been going on since last 4 months.

    Angry Complaint against Tikona wibro Broadband

    I subscribed to tikona this month.
    My user id is 1103755434 and registered mobile no. is 9968295827
    my registered email id is shashank96@rediffmail.com
    From the start i have not been getting the internet speed as they promised.
    I subscribed to 750 kbps internet. So the the download speed i should be getting is around 90 kilobytes per second.
    But i usually get speed around 40 kilo bytes per second.
    I have registered almost 6 to 7 complaints in tikona customer care but they say they engineer will contact them shortly but it's almost a week but nobody have contacted me.
    Please look forward to my problem and take necessary action against tikona.

    And many more..Common Problem access point issue.I call customer care.They Check the network and issue a complaint.
    after 2 days Service Engineer calls..most of the time I have to call him.
    (Service Engineer #9167979850).
    He calls and asks me the problem.He asks the access point name.
    Mine is "Sai Laurel".
    He replies " Sir..Access Point is down.Technical issue.I cant help it.Company will look after it.Cant say anything.Building people do not give us permission and silly reasons"
    The access point is troubling me since 2months.This is unbearable.It has incurred me big loss.
    I had to move to another access point for network.But this is not possible all time.Your Poor service has incurred me big loss.
    Then I had to call Mr. Nagraj Desai (9673002548) and trouble him for my network connection..After calling him for 3-4 times ,the service engineer would call me.By the time
    what I get is Just an assuarance that "Your Connection would resume within 24Hours.".

    Therefore I request you to disconnect my account asap and please don't call me again for anything.
    Tikona was supposed to be the best provider in My area.But condition has changed.Worst service experienced from you since 2 months.
    Out of 30days 15 days in a months the Access Point faces some network issue.And i don't have time to complaint to the customer care.Otherwise the complaint number list
    would have been so huge.

    Default tikona the worst internet service

    i was used tikona and suddenly ti lan was not geting connected so i called tikona cust care on 15th of sep they told that there is a problem with my tower on some building is not working and it will get fixed in 8 hrs so i waited for 8 hrs and nothing worked. then i called again they told me that a ill get a call from a senior tech in 2 hrs he never called . so i called they again told me that ill get a call in next 2 hrs guaranteed and no one called so i called after a day and internet was not working so the said senior tech will call and still same no one called . so i stopped calling i called after 20 days as internet was still not working and i got a call to pay tikona bill . then they told that a tech will come in 24 hrs . so i didnt go out or any where but no body showed up . so i called billing dep as my internet was not working since a month and i was billed so they said their senior will call me in 2 hrs but to my surprise the called this time but after 4 hrs just and said ill get waver for that bill but ill have to pay remaining so i told them ill pay when my internet will work and i get an email of what she said i never got any email or any thingso i called the technical dep and they told that a tech will come for sure and as usual no one came so i called again and finally one day tech came and said that their modem is faulty and went he came the next day and changed the modem and still internet was not working he said it will work so i waited and it started working i have plam of 2mbps and i was getting speed of 40kbps so i called tikona and for a surprse they told me that i have used my limit... how can i use my internet when their tower was faulty... and they said ill get a call but still now no one has called and athis entire process took 2 months... andmy speed is 40 kbps..after all this.

    Default Tikona Connection delay.

    Dear Sir,
    I was visited by tikona representative on November 30th 2011.
    He has collected Rs. 1200 for giving connection.
    I have been contacting him ever since.
    I didn’t get any confirmation to my mail id or Phone no.
    Till now connection was not given.
    This representative is not picking up the phone or doesn’t respond well .
    I expect some response from your side ASAP.
