Tikona is a fraudulent company with untrained, ill-manned, uneducated and stupid employees.
I made a grave mistake of purchasing a connection with them 2 years back and after using it for 2 months i had it disconnected because they have really bad network speed even if it is promised 1 mbps Google.com takes 2 min to load.
Even 2 years after disconnected i still get calls from their billing desk saying that you have pending bills. WOW
TIKONA RULES AND ALSO SUCKS DONKEY C***.

i have subscribed to the broadband service,it has not been even a month. i had put the request for wifi for more than 5 times. it has been nearly a month although i was assured to get it done in 48 hrs. i also put a complaint by mail to the nodal officer but got no reply. i expect a response as soon as possible. my customer id is 1104574175. contact no is 9595371740

It sad to inform u that i was under fraud by one of tikona service provider who came to our place and was inform wrong plan and received the money so
Mr, Sanjay Kumar cnt no (989 26 30203) had verbaly told about new plan by tikona of rupees 1499/- per (yearly/annum) unlimited download with 4mbps speed upto 5GB and After the 5GB will have 2mbps speed for futher downloading without any additional charges for every month and its yearly plan This plan will have every month 5GB usage
He has received cash of rupees 1500/- on 18/10/2011 (pls find attach file of the receipt for payment)
after he connect the above facilities, i have seen on tikona message on login page is WE HAVE RECEIVED 1000/- RUPEES and plan was activated as CB499 with new ID 1104682672.The above information were immediatly told to him and he reply that pls give me ur new genrated bill after u received from tikona which i will forward to my manager and there wont be any problem as further
i have been totaly under case of fruad and few my colleague also, above person mobile also switch off from 11/11/11and inform to the customercare complain number is 1-2017885612
Kindly request to pls solve this matter from ur side to avoid us to go to any organisation to solve the above problem

Your executive ( Mr. rakesh 9718973100) come (dt 23/11/2011) on office and recieved Rs 1200/- and promise to we provide connection with in three four days.
I have contact to 28/11/2011 no response.
Your installation engineer contact me and said that tikona now provide broadband service in your area. so we will refund your payment.
After this condition, your executive not pick my phone and not refund our payment.
I have a cash receipt and I will take very hard action against you and your company.

This is Afzal Alam from Jeewan Nagar Ashram, New Delhi. Tikona ID: 1104915809 Subscribed plan ADCB499 on 18 Nov 2011,
While subscribing the plan I clearly told to sales guy that I am a share trader and I need dedicated speed to work. He said you will get the speed according to plan.
I was promissed to have 2mbps dedicated speed, when installation done I used to get only 1mbps speed and flactuating all the time,
I called many times to customer care but they said there is some problem with device and will get resolve with 48 hours. I thought lets continue my work whatever the speed is.
But on 28 of November my connection was stopped working, again I called to customer care they said your device is ok but there is problem in Our network which will be resolved in 48 hours, if not then an engineer will visit to your place to resolve the problem.
On 30th of November I checked my connection again but it was dead, so again I called to customer care they said we are working on your complaints, I am calling everyday to check the status of my complaints but still on 6th of December they are working on my complaints, I think 48 hours has not yet completed from 30th of November to 6th of December. I don't know which Planet's time Zone they are following on.
I have all the recordings of conversation between me and customer care, as well as I have emails which i sent to tikona care.
Kindly do the needfull as I have lost around 20,000 Rs because of not doing trade. Also I am mentaly tourcherd.

I am extremely unhappy with Tikona services. Upon humble request by Tikona sale engineer I subscribed Tikona newly lunched scheme 30 GB for 30 Months and paid a sum of Rs.3308/- bu check.After one month its not working well i have complaint so many time but no response from your customer care they dot'n pick my phones if pick then put on hold for long time. I am not unable to use it from one month and have complaint to customer care when they don't resolve my problem then.
I have logged my complaint to disconnect it on 26 Jan 2012 my complaint id no is 1_2124086891 with interaction with Mis.Sneha at around 2.20 pm.
Till that day on 3feb2012 my connection is not disconnected. I want my amount Rs. 3308/- back + amount of loss caused by this internet connection.
Prior to this I had surrender one Tikona connection (User ID 1104380995) on following counts:
1. I do not get service network coverage.
2. I had complained but no technician has solved the problem.
3. Excess billing and un-appropriate behavior on telephone by tikona customer care representatives on several occasions.
4. Tried to log in for over an hour but was unsuccessful. The following was the error “Authentication Failed. Authentication Time Out. Please Check Your Credentials”
5. Not working from in jan month also on other and they charge for not using.
I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH TIKONA SERVICES.
Please disconnect my Connection(1104380995) and refund to me a sum of Rs.3308/- paid immediately and give me the date when i revived my amount from your side and how much amount.

yesterday i upgraded my plan to adulq 512 k at 6:pm ...after that i am getting speed around 550 k i am very happy ...but at midnight i started getting 300 kbps speed...next day i called customer care they told me that your i billing date is 26 so you will also get regular speed after 26 ....then i said its ok....but i am getting 300 kbps speed after midnight every day ....plz resolve this problem ...

Hi,
I got Tikona connection on Dec 10 th 2011.After using for 4 days only we stopped using the broadband as it is connecting to net properly.And after this i have applied for disconnection.But the Tikona team is not doing the disconnection and sending the Bills every month.As per the suggestion of the customer care executive i have paid the bills for two months without using the broadband.But still Tikona is not disconnecting the connection and sent further bills again.Please help me to get rid of this.I have contacted Tikona customer care service and sent mails to them several time but its service is useless.Please help me in this matter.
