i am new to this forum. i have given below the whole dialog of this problem with reliance ada group, kindly tell me what to do further.
today i got one complaint forward no from the call center ....1862216816. i was also asked to forward the mail to nodal officer in pune @rcomnodalofficer.mh@relianceada.com.
please advice me about necessary actions

Dear sir,
myself abhijeet c bhave. i have purchased reliance netconnect broadband plus in the month of june.

Relationship No: 500000917689

Broadband plus No: 9326096599

the first billing cycle has already been completed successfuly.

bill details: invoice no: 342424081098 ..... 27th june 2010........amt ... Rs 322.22/- ........... due date 15 july 2010
payment details: Paid date 28 june 2010....amt.... Rs 322.22/-...........i.e well before due date... i dont like to be in any kind of debt.

after that---

for last 10-15 days my browsing speed reduced to 230kbps which should technically be 3.1Mbps.

For first few days, i thought that this might be due to some technical issue about network,
but after 3-4 days when i contacted customer care call center,(customer care no in pune is never ever answered) i was told that i have some outstanding dues upon my name.
i was amazed because myself being first time customer of any reliance services, sithuation of me being a defaulter was out of question.

After that i went to nearest Reliance Web World in Ajmera colony Pimpri.
i was told that the due amount of Rs 1317/- reflected to my account, was in the name of Mr Chandrashekhar Bhave.a/c 2045833547
i was also told that the services are downgraded as my middlle name is 'chandrashekhar' and i also have given the same address.

i am unable to understand that how two different persons with different identities can be linked toghether.
i have submitted my id proof , photographs and address proof which have been scrutinised by your personels before initiating my services.
also,
i was not intimated about downgrading of the services in any form.
there has been no communication from Reliance broadband service providers, either in written or telephonic forms, even after innumerable requests.

i now request for following:

1. restore the speed to 3.1Mbps immediately.
2. do not charge the monthly fee from 01/07/2010 to today.
3. please de-link the old outstandings against chandrashekhar bhave a/c no 2045833547 from my account.
4. send me a confirmatory mail on above three points.

in absence of such action, i may be compelled to take up the issue with appropriate authorities.
