I m really fed up with sify broadband since 12 june, I contacted them by phone even by mail but they couldnt fix my problem, even they dont provide me their manager or supervisor contact no or mail ids where i can reach them,

again i got my internet workin gon 25th june and went dead on 27th june again again got back my network on 29th june again i m facing problem since friday evening , i even spoke with the uday who is saying he is the manager but i dont think he is such kind,

I am one of sify customer for more than 6 months user id is sai_131deepak. I am facing network issue since 12 june 2010 then I spoke with Mr. Vinod one of your SIfy engineer, And he assured me that he would fix the network problem but he didn’t give me any feedback, Hence I raised a ticket on 14 june 2010, and many times I spoke with sify customer care but every time I got the commitment that it would be done within SLA time as 24 hours, even each time you guys resolved the tickets without any confirmation with me, Is it the kind of service you provide ?also nothing happen till 18 june finally I asked to customer care that kindly comment that if you can’t fix the problem asap please disconnect my account and refund me my money. Again I spoke with customer care on 20,21,24 june but still they are saying that it will be done in 24 hours. I don’t know why don’t you guy provide me direct mail id or contact no of your supervisor or your manager where I can escalate the matter, So kindly let me know when are you going to fix my matter finally I am keeping the cc to consumer court.
