I Purchased Idea netsetter on 19/06/2010 from Idea center in Pimple saudagar,As the written application of the companies broucher it was about to start within 2 hours on that day ...which never did....after that the Next day was Sunday i was not able to get hold of anyone....on monday when i tried to get hold of them they promised me it would start in the evening and was delayed till next day as the excuse given was about the load sheeding...next day the internet connected started...i was fine with it...but jst 2 days after the Verification of my documents given for the Post paid connection for Idea the internet connection stopped...i went back to them about this problem....they said they appoligise they have not yet Subbmitted the Documents thats the reason the connection was stopped....and they gave me a different SIM card which had a active internet connection ...and i was promised that my sim would be starting in 2 working days...i was not even given my idea Sim number......uptill date...after 2 days the internet connection stopped working of the Sim provided by Them and when i tried my even that was not working...when i went back to them on 29th of june for my refund as i had so many problem they r refunding me 1250 out of my 1750 paid fee..saying the rest of the money is activation charges...but my question is whn i had so many problem jst to make it activate...how can i get charged for activation charges ....and my documents and form i filled up agreeing for the terms and conditions has not yet been submitted how can i get charged for activations....i want my full refund...and i was not at all told if there was any issues with my documents i subbmitted ....so i want my whole money back .....tht was my request which was denied!!!!!!
