I have booked one pair of shoes through India Today Book Club (ITBC) offer on 15th January-10 and have paid Rs. 1198/- through credit card. Till today neither the product delivered nor any money refunded. I have sent several e-mails to this company asking for the refund, however got only monotonus reply that the refund is under process and accounts departmet will come back to me in few days time.
It is 6 months since i have boked the producta and paid the money by credit card, however the company is not inteestsed in giving the refund. I have lost hopes og getting the money back and hence decided to use this forumin anticipation of some help in getting my money back.
