    Default Tata Photon + Hi-Speed Internet Access

    Hi,

    I had bought a Tata Photon + Hi-Speed Internet Access USB Modem 1 week before. At the very outset I wasnt getting the speed that the sales people told me which was 1.2-1.4 mbps however from first day i am getting a speed of 150 kbps. So I called up Customer Care and made a complaint. They registered my complaint three or four times but no resolution done by engineers and customer care. Every time they said that Engineer will come and your network issue will be resolved. Its been 4th day i am getting same response from Tata. They just want to make fool to customers. Tata Photon services is pathetic.

    As my whole work does depend on Internet, Its seems like demolish due to Tata Photon services.

    Please advice what is the next step and what is the resolution ?
