Hi,
I had submitted by application for a new airtel broadband connection on 2May,2010. The sales executive Mr. Yogesh (9535552107) promised that I will have the new connection within 5 working days. I called the customer care on 9th of May and they told me that the application form has not been submitted yet. I then called up yogesh who directed me to his manager Mr. Jagdish(9845312542).
For the past 1 week they have been telling me that they will give me my money tomorrow and everytime I call them back they say sir plz one more day. And for the past 3 days when I try to call them they are not even answering my phones. I have to use different numbers to get hold of them.
It has been 2 weeks now and neither have an internet connection nor do I have my money back. And I am sick and tired of talking to these people. My work heavily relies on internet and I have been using my GPRS as an alternative to broad band for internet access. This is very expensive and having sunk almost another thousand on this I neither have my initial thousand nor do I have an internet connection. Can someone please help me?
