Out of lot of frustration I am finally writing this email to you and I am hoping this reaches you.

I have shifted from Vasant Enclave to Malviya Nagar on the 5th Apr' 10. I called up your customer service on the 4th or the 5th of Apr' 10 and spoke to Sarika to inform Airtel the same and advised her to disconnect both my Landline and Internet connection as I was moving.

I got my New address updated and placed a request to transfer the services...but strictly advised her to disconnect the services as I didn’t wanted the connection to me misused. Sarika confirmed me that the request has been put forward for action and the team will call me back within 5 to 6 working days to relocate my connection. Since I got no call I called Airtel back after 10 days or more to know the status of shifting the services, I was told that the connection can not be relocated to H13/1 Malviya Nagar, ND 17 near Shiv Mandir as Airtel don't provide the services in malviya nagar.

I told the representative to discontinue my services completely for both landline and internet. I was told that the request has been sent across.

I got a call after couple of day from one of your agent to atleast keeps my landline as Airtel might move the internet services after 2 months. I completely refused to that offer as I clearly told the lady who called me that I can’t wait for 2 months for Airtel to decide to move the services or not.

I was confirmed that the request was sent across; however after numerous discussions with your reps I get a bill of Rs. 818 to pay.

I again called Airtel customer services and spoke to the supervisor named Vaibav, who told me that I called on the 15th Apr to disconnect my services so I won't be charge from 15th Apr but will have to pay for previous days.

I told him that the first time I called was on the 4th or the 5th of Apr and placed the request to disconnect my services completely and it's obvious I won't be charged because I got shifted and I was not using the services.

The supervisor told me that he can't see any entry in the system of me calling on the 5th Apr'10 and speaking to Sarika. He assured me that he will send the request to disconnect my services ASAP and will send a strong complaint against this.

HOWEVER, today when I logged in I still see that both my Landline and DSL is active... I would really like to know why??? With all due respect, Airtel is giving me a very hard time, I actually regret being with Airtel as they are completely charging me for something I don’t owe.

Plus no one has called me till now to confirm this, not even the supervisor Vaibhav you assured will confirm this back

I have been a customer since 2008 and now I wish I never had Airtel. Your customer service agents and supervisor has no idea what they are talking about.

I have the screenshots of my services still being active.
