During the sale he told me that, If I will buy a Post-Paid Connection along with the modem I will get one month free subscruption for free with unlimited usage so I bought Rs. 400 rental Unlimited Night Plan. But when I started using the connection after 15 days the connection failed. On inquiring at the customer care they informed me that I didn't got the first month free scheem as it is with Rs. 799 Monthly rental plan only, also my first bill is generated of Rs. 2501 and has exceeded my credit limit as well.
Also as the executive was so busy so during the time of purchase he didn't even brought the CAS Form and filled it with my fake signatures.
I am really disappointed by this as I talked with the sales executive for past 5 days and now he is saying that he is helpless. Even on complaining this to the customer care there is no reply from their side now I want compansation for the Hindrance in my work and my money back for the modem and the connection. Please help me over the matter.
