    Default Tata Broad Band connection - No connection 15 days,dummy connection, excess Bills

    Sir,
    We (Inanshu Technologies Pvt Ltd) have taken Tata Broad Band Cable connection in 2007/08 in the name of Naga Jagadeesh (our employee) with user ID: inanshu@vsnl.net. From 28.08.09 to 11.09.09 the connection is not available to us. We have contacted their customer care & also Nodel Officer daily 4 or 5 times. Always they are telling that the connection will be restored by evening positively, We have incurred a loss of 1224/- US Dollers per day due to this. We have also requested them, if you are unable to provide connection, please inform, so as we may able to take alternative connection from other service provider. But they are telling that connection will be restored by evening. After seeing 10 days, we have taken connection from Metamax. After taking Metamax connection we have requested them to intimate to whom we have to contact for our losses and also intimated that we will go to the Court. After that they have migrated cable connection to Wi-max on 12.09.09.We are using Meta Max connection, so we have kept this as STANDBY connection. We have observed that the speed of Wi-max connection is very slow. We have made so many complaints but they have not taken any actions. Moreover during the month of November they have upgraded our plan from 1 Mbps to 1.5 Mbps without our request and demanded for more payment. We have contacted their Vijayawada Office and made payment for only 1 Mbps and sent a letter to Nodel Officer to keep our plan in 1 Mbps only. But they have not taken any action and demanded for more payment in every month. We have made payment as per previous plan only regularly. After so many complaints on 24.02.09 Tata Communication's technician visited and informed that the Wi-max connection is not feasible to our Office due to signal problem. Then we came to understand that Tata Communications have given this dummy connection to avoid legal proceedings at that time. For this dummy connection we have incurred losses of about Rs 20000/- till February, 2010. Previously we have incurred losses of about 18360/- US Dollors for no connection from 28.08.09 to 11.09.09. We have sent so many E mails to Customer Care, Nodel Officer 2 South and also to the Appellete Authority. But till-to-date they have not registered our complaint.

    Please advice us, we are able to make complaint with CONSUMER COURT, for recovery of losses and dameges. If you require, we will able to submit all E Mail correspondences with Tata Communications.

    We (Inanshu Technologies Private Limited) have incurred so much losses due to dummy wi-max connection. Please advise us, how to recover our losses from Tata Communications. We are having all e-mail correspondences in this matter.

    Please advise us that this case is eligible for making complaint in the Consumer Court.

    Please advise us, this case is eligible to file a case against Tata Communications, as they have cheated us by giving Dummy Wi-max connection. More over we have incurred losses of more than 8 lacs, due to their irresponsible actions for not providing Internet connection through cable and also with Dummy wi-max connection.

    Dear Administrator/Advocate/any one in the Forum,

    We have requested to give advise in the above matter, but no body is responded. Tata Communications have CHEATED US. Tata Broad Band Services (Cable/Wi max) are VERY WORST and they have not responded well with thier Clients. Due to this Tata Communications, we have incurred losses of more than 8 (Eight) lacs. We have already given notices to Tata Communications on 04.05.2010(Customer Care - Vijayawada, Nodel Officer, South 2 - Hyderabad and Appleate Authority - Mumbai) for our griviences. But till-to-date they have not responded. Now we are going to make complaint at VIJAYAWADA CONSUMER FORUM for our all losses and damages. We advise every one do not go for Tata Communications Internet Services, as the service is very bad and they will not respond properly.

    We are again requested to kindly give us advise in this matter. We are also very much disappointed with this site, as no body has taken any interest for advise to the member's complaints.

    Dear Administrator

    We feel very much sorry, to state that this site has not responded with our greviances. We have asked only advise from you, but we will not get anything from you since 28.04.2010. Now we think that this site has no use for the general public. We also think that this site is backed up for the big concerns like Tata Indicom Broad Band etc, who have CHEATED their innocent clients. Now we finally say that we are fully prepared for making CONSUMER COMPLAINT AT VIJAYAWADA.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply, we have gone through your complaint, as you mentioned that you have already contacted to the higher authorities of TATA Broadband but still not get any response, so we suggest you to file a Consumer Case against them. For this you need to show all the supporting documents like: Details of Communication, photo copy of bill, complaint nos. registered with their customer care, printout of Emails. Apart from this you also need to prove the damages occurred due to their poor services.

    Thank you very much for your advise. I have already contacted Advocate and prepared all the documents for filing CONSUMER COMPLAINT at VIJAYAWADA. The consumer complaint will be filed next Monday. TATA COMMUNICATIONS BROAD BAND (Cable/Wi-max/Photon) Services are very poor and their Customer Care, Nodal or any others including their Applellate Authority personnel's responses were very worst. Tata Communications are cheating their innocent Customers by raising false/excess bills, not giving proper services etc. I therefore requested all Tata Customers, beware of this Multi-national company.
