We (Inanshu Technologies Pvt Ltd) have taken Tata Broad Band Cable connection in 2007/08 in the name of Naga Jagadeesh (our employee) with user ID: inanshu@vsnl.net. From 28.08.09 to 11.09.09 the connection is not available to us. We have contacted their customer care & also Nodel Officer daily 4 or 5 times. Always they are telling that the connection will be restored by evening positively, We have incurred a loss of 1224/- US Dollers per day due to this. We have also requested them, if you are unable to provide connection, please inform, so as we may able to take alternative connection from other service provider. But they are telling that connection will be restored by evening. After seeing 10 days, we have taken connection from Metamax. After taking Metamax connection we have requested them to intimate to whom we have to contact for our losses and also intimated that we will go to the Court. After that they have migrated cable connection to Wi-max on 12.09.09.We are using Meta Max connection, so we have kept this as STANDBY connection. We have observed that the speed of Wi-max connection is very slow. We have made so many complaints but they have not taken any actions. Moreover during the month of November they have upgraded our plan from 1 Mbps to 1.5 Mbps without our request and demanded for more payment. We have contacted their Vijayawada Office and made payment for only 1 Mbps and sent a letter to Nodel Officer to keep our plan in 1 Mbps only. But they have not taken any action and demanded for more payment in every month. We have made payment as per previous plan only regularly. After so many complaints on 24.02.09 Tata Communication's technician visited and informed that the Wi-max connection is not feasible to our Office due to signal problem. Then we came to understand that Tata Communications have given this dummy connection to avoid legal proceedings at that time. For this dummy connection we have incurred losses of about Rs 20000/- till February, 2010. Previously we have incurred losses of about 18360/- US Dollors for no connection from 28.08.09 to 11.09.09. We have sent so many E mails to Customer Care, Nodel Officer 2 South and also to the Appellete Authority. But till-to-date they have not registered our complaint.
Please advice us, we are able to make complaint with CONSUMER COURT, for recovery of losses and dameges. If you require, we will able to submit all E Mail correspondences with Tata Communications.
