    Default airtel broadband complaint

    hello, this is my complaint for airtel broadband landline services. i applied for address change for my broadband connection on feb 11, 2010.i shifted to my new address in scheme no 114, i applied for transfer again and again but got no reply. Then one day i applied for cancellation and again applied for new number. But when i applied for new number airtel people told me that they will transfer the old number first. In between i submitted rs 1000 for registration of new number. I have the slip of the same, the serial number for which is 2385547. But i got my old connection transfered on 12th march 2010.

    So my number got transfered after one month. Now i got the bill.My only request to airtel people is, plz give me waiver for the one month that is of 12th feb to 12th march period. And they already have my rs 1000 submitted with them. explain this to the executive whoever calls. Every time they say ok we will not call again and your amount would be waived off. BUt next time again i get a call,its mental harassment using airtel broadband.

    Plz resolve this problem, i want airtel to waive off my rent for one month and adjust the registration amount in bill.

    Now outgoing calls on my number is barred due to non-payment of bill. I paid my bill now but ionly thing i want from airtel to return back my registration of rs 1000 and waive off the rent amount of one month.plz resolve my problem.my number is 4068935 and 8109043099.

    Hyphen Technology SEO Company Complaints - Does not provide full salary.........

    The worstest broadband services in india are the airtel services i applied for it on 1 june 2010 we asked for inquairies but no one picked up the phone and now 11 days have passed and know they say that there is no space for my net i think bsnl is the best service and they get 1 0 0 points and airtel services are a big big 00

    Default Irresponsible Airet broadband service

    I am residing near RTO, Thiruvanmiyur.
    I applied for airtel broadband service and paid Rs.4500(5 months rent). I didnt get my internet connection and they confirmed that the number of connections are more than the capacity and they cant give further. I asked the refund of my amount. I am calling them daily, but I dint get my amount yet. It has been more than a month. Everytime when I called, they will say I will get the amount soon.
    I have never seen such a irresponsible service.

    I have sent multiple mails and phone calls, but nothing happened.

    Default Airtel broadband complaints- change of plan

    First of all i had taken the airtel connection only because of the fact that i was able to migrate to older better plans, i called up the customer care and confirmed it also. But after a month when i requested for changing the plan they said it was not possible and hence I wanted to cancel my airtel internet connection on october 2010.

    A lady by the name Shaista from the customer retrieval department of Airtel told me that there was new plan of Rs500/- (Unlimited download with same speed through out the month for Rs500), i agreed to migrate to that plan
    but now the the bill tariff has bot been changed it continues to be Rs.899/-.
    The airtel customer service is the worst of which ever i have used. It has been only 3 onths since i started using the broadband connection and i have called up the customer care department nearly 50 times as of now for various problems.
    Still the tariff has not been changed to the amount that i was promised .I thought customer satisfaction was their priority...!!!!

    Angry Mental harassment by using airtel broadband

    I had started using airtel broadband a year ago, i took the 799rs plan in which i had unlimited downloading between 10p.m and 8 a.m and 5 gb free downloading during day for one month
    i used to put file on downloading at around 9.46 p.m thnking that airtel would charge me for 15 minutes since after 10.00 p.m my plan is free but they charged me for the WHOLE nighht even on d days on which i had put files for downloading at 9.55 p.m instead of charging me for 5 minutes
    otherwise what is the use of having an unlimited downloading plan between 10p.m-8 a.m?
    it has led to complete mental harassment and i will tell suggest everybody never to go for airtel broadband, it is the worst broadband provider

    Angry Airtel Broadband service is the worst possible service!!!

    Hi,

    I had shifted to my new house on August, 2010 and wanted to shift the airtel broadband connection. I had requested Airtel for this during the last week of July, 2010. Airtel then told me that the shifting wasn't possible due to limitations on laying cables and I told them to cancel the connection. I paid off all the outstanding but its been December now - I don't have an airtel line at my new house but Airtel still sends a broadband bill. I have talked with their customer service a thousand times and they always assure me that the issue will get fixed but still I get a bill. They had told me that I would have to return the Airtel broadband router - after begging them multiple times to take it from me, still no one from Airtel comes and collects it.

    The billing had actually stopped for a month or two after Aug but it had started again.

    Airtel must be using a backend system that is broken. Wonder what kind of Quality checks were put in? Also, the people in Airtel sound so helpless. They have no solution to my problem.

    I have bill waiver tracking numbers as well but still the issue remains unresolved. This is the worst customer service that is possible. I have been a user of airtel mobile services from 2002 and is a Corporate customer. I am planning to disconnect this as well.

    990102724 is the bill no of the last bill that I had got. If your tracking system is working, check the history of that connection and relieve me of all this FRUSTRATION.

    TIME OF CALL: 10.15am
    PLACE: BANGALORE
    ISSUE: I GOT A CALL FROM THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE REP ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED DATE AND TIME.
    AS SOON AS SHE GOT MY NAME SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME BECAUSE I DINT MAKE A PAYMENT. tHE YELLING WAS WAS TOO BAD FOR A CUST CARE REP. I FELT SO HARASSED MENTALLY, THAT I TRIEDD CALLING BACK THE NUMBER AND SOME LADY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND REFUSED TO DIVULGE ANY DETAILS OF HER AND THE OTHER REP AS WELL.
    ON PROBING A LITTLE SHE STARTED YELLING TOO, SHE ADDED THAT THEY ARE AIRTEL GUYS CALLING FROM BANNERGHATTA ROAD, BANGALORE. WHEN I ASKED HER FOR THE SUPERVISOR, SHE DENIED IGNORANTLY. ON TELLING THEM THAT I CAN SUE YOU FOR THIS, LADY SAYS DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. IS THIS THE WAY A CUSTOMER IS TREATED IN A DEMOCRACY LIKE INDIA. I AM REALLY PISSED OFF. IS THER ANY THING THAT COULD BE DONE IN SUCH A CASE.
