I have tikona connection. After installation they dont listen to your complaints.
These people are least bothered about the customer's incnvinience.
They will never give you the receipt of bill paid.
After I paid the bill, they disconnected my service for 10 days.
everytime I phoned them, they said we wil solve your problem within 24 hrs. but nothing happened.
the person who took the check from me did not answer my calls.
their marketing professional Alex kept on saying that this is not my area.
Also the another person mr. ashutosh said will revert back to you but in vain!
those 10 days were like hell.if u tel them to discontinue the servce, they will say its not possible.
ridiculous people!
They dont know how to do the business and playing like fools.
No one should take tikona service!
