    Default Ticket not booked but money is deducted.



    dear sir/ mam,

    I astha bishnoi studing in NIT KURUKSHETRA. I booked my ticket on 17/01/2012 in morning in train no. 14887 from ambala cantt.(UMB) to pilibangan (PGK) for 25 /01/2012 from my irctc account . my has been deducted and my ticket is not booked. this happens to me twice that day. First time when i use internet banking money deducted is 433 nand next time when i use sbi debit cum credit card money deducted is 443 and i had a proof of money deducted from my account to irctc account. so plz refund my money back as soon as possible.... my acount no. is 30554626080..

    Default Not able to get ticket being first on the counter

    I wanted to travel from Mumbai to Uttar-Pradesh.
    So i have enquired to agent about the the ticket he told me i need to pay 2500 hundred extra for 6-tickets so i decided to got o the counter and get the tickets.
    I slept near the counter whole night to get first number
    But being the first number i got the ticket as Waiting list where the ticket has been booked on 8 am sharp.
    So plz check the reason behind the hacking of irctc

    I have booked ticket online on 27/10/2011 for journey dated 29/10/2011 from Raigarh to Mumbai CST in Tatkal. Luckily in our IRCTC tatkal my ticket was booked. But the train was late for almost 5 hours. so i dropped my journey. Then i Registered in TRD here are the details:TRD reference no:ekt2011102903560011.After processing my request for 3 months(24-Jan-2012) i got below response
    REGRET Dear Customer,With Reference to your PNR No:6502792294, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at tdrprocess@irctc.co.in or call us on 011-23345900 With regards, TDR TEAM
    Need refund.

    Default Deduction of money while booking ticket from irctc

    Sir,
    I was on the way to book my ticket through IRCTC this morning(03 Feb2012), from ANVT to CNB,but while paying it up my amount of Rs.386 had been deducted but I didn't get my ticket.Please do needful to get my money back.My name is VIVEK KUMAR TIWARI & User ID is MANYA2005.My email ID is vivek792002in@yahoo.co.in & mobile no. registered for IRCTC is 9493977023.

    Ticket not booked but money is deducted.

    the irctc is not refunding my money for the failed transaction by showing the reason that it wont receive money from the bank. so far i lost 2859 rupees for the past 3-4 months. how can i get my money back

    Angry IRCTC Complaint

    The worst site ever in India.. Services are bad.. Lakhs of unsatisfied customers.. And no response to the complaints. No proper development of website.
    Number of failed transactions.
    A very frustrated user of irctc...

    Angry server too slow.

    hi....problems to follow
    1.this s to inform u that,the server is very slow during TATKAL booking...[I too work as a server architect and the solution is making it a cluster server,yet i know irctc doesnot take a min responsibility to help public,my simple wish be as a normal person and try,.then u ll knw with how much aggression we speak]
    2.irctc often takes the money and doesnt give back the ticket in return..yet it holds the amount for min of 3 days ...interest accounts..yep.let it a single ruppee ,u ll know abt a value of a ruppee when u long for it...

    facing issue with IRCTC. unable to book tickets through tatkal and genral due to brokers. we are much vexed with this service. could you please take necessary action.

    Default complain agaist the railway official

    Dear sir ,
    i am student and wanted to book a tatkal ticket of train sangamitra express to Allahabad ,train number: 12295,dated 9/6/o12, from Udagamandalam (ooty)Niligiris district Tamilnadu,i had been trying past two sleepless nights for the tatkal ticket booking on the third day though i was standing right in the first i could not get my reservation confirmed ,it had come to W/L12, this was solely due to the railway offical assigned to book tickets who was not only slow and foolish but did not no how to operate the computer properly.i would request you to look into the matter and appoint a better person in his place...another issue which i had to face was once i boarded the train still under W/L a T.T called T.Trivedi took charge of the train from Chennai this person not only bribes people and does not give any sort of proper information, initially when i was asked for a berth i was not given later on when i agreed to pay a sum of amount he agreed for a berth from Nellore to Jabalpur. i would request you to take strict action against these officials for the betterment of public.     Dear Sir/Madam

    This is to inform you that I had cancelled my e-ticket on 08/06/2012, of Gaya - Delhi superfast train. The reason behind cancellation was 'Train running late by more than 3 hours'. The boarding station was Mughalsarai.
    Till now, the refund status is 'In Process'. Booking id is- rai_akhil8. PNR no is 6603127997 and date of journey was 07/06/2012. Train no is-03685.
    You are requested to please resolve the matter as soon as possible and refund the ticket amount.

    Default Ticket booking complaint

    Sir on 13th AUgust at around 9 PM i booked an on line II AC ticket for me and my wife from Thivim to Thrissur for journey on 02 Sep 2004. when availiabilty was checked found available 2. But when i booked and after payment has been made the status show RLWL 4 and RLWL 5. WHy so ?
    after booking again at 9.15 PM i checked status..it shows Avalable 2 II AC Birth. ticket PNR Number is 2600727268.

    Why this kind of status showing ???

    I booked the tatakal ticket on 11--8-12 , date of journey on 12-08-12. The tickets booked were from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I booked 4 tickets on the PNR NO: 4762668288. First passenger was confirmed, remaining were WL/1, W/L2, W/L3 status after chart preparation.
    For even confirmation ticket also we didn't travel, as we are booked family, but not travel as one ticket confirmation.

    I applied TDR process to get money back for not travelling passengers that not confirmed the tickets. For that received info from IRCTC saying that refund was regrated, with reason not travel certificate was not produced. As per Railway rules Electronic tickets W/L passengers are not allow to boarding. On that day out of 4 passengers (PNR NO: 4762668288) only one confirmed, so as a Family we not traveled in the train. As per chart you can verify the status.
    How railway officers think electronic Waiting list passengers travel in the train?

    As per railway rules tatakal confirmed tickets will not refund money as confirmed ticket. In my PNR NO: 4762668288 only one ticket confirmed, remaining 3 passengers W/L. As per railway rules we are seeking refund amount for remaining W/L 3 tickets.

    Earlier communication Irctc ref No was: #118545, # 117186. Earlier i sent several reminders but not received any responses from Railway department. I called Customer care and took form SCR refund Zone no and informed the same. They informed that will forward same to railway department for TDR entry process. For this instance it shows As TDR entered in the first 3 days, now the status is showing as blank.

    We are not boarded the train, how can I produced Non travel certificate from TC?
    I hope you understood the situation and will process refund for W/L tickets amount.

    Look forward your justice for refund of my amount.
