    Angry Bad service / Unfriendly Behaviour by tikona digital network

    I applied for tikona connection on 31st Mar 2010 , a sales representative ( Phani Kumar) came at our place ,took the installation charge and promised to provide the connection that day itself. However the connection was not provided that day , i called him next day to check what went wrong , he told me that a technician would come at my place within 2 hrs , again no one showed up till late noon then i called (Phani kumar) again,he didn't receive my call , then i called in the head of sales tikona ( Achut) he told me that there was a shortage of devices and connection cannot be provided until late next day, he was too rude and even said if you don't want then don't take the connection , i tried calling technical department head (Chaitanya) she didn't receive the call however when i complained in tikona care and then a technician came late at my place( 1st April) and did the installation but again he couldn't set up the connection and said there was an issue with the back end and at 7 O'clock in the evening no back end technician so he promised to resolve the issue next day (2nd april) but he never showed up and then i had to again launch several complains since then and each day a new tech comes and tries to resolve the issue.However it is never done. i had a talk with chaitanya every day atleast three times and now when i got fed up with launched a complain to terminate the connection the technical head has stopped receive my calls and is now responding .I just wanted the connection to be terminated and my request is not being processed. I don't understand what should i do now , i need the connection to be terminated because i don't want to get a bill at my home for the connection which i cannot access.I have even called customer care requesting to terminate the connection but all they do is provide me with a new case number and nothing else. I remember one of the agent's name at customer care was ( Anand ) and his manager who had promised to give a call as he was busy never called back and his name was ( Yuvraj ).
    So Can any stern steps be taken against these guys to give us so much of trouble..

    If so i would request that to be done.

    Sir,
    It is to infiorm that I had applied for Internet service from Tikona on 25th of June 2010 but till date internet is not provided to me. Few days back I came to know that there is no network in R.K.Puram New Delhi and Munirka DDA Flats. the person concened Pradeep had booked two internet connection one was to be installed at R.K. Puram P&T Qtrs. House No.33 r/o Shri Narinder Singh and the other one was to be installed at C-14/A DDA Flats Munirka New Delhi, nor the internet has installed nor we have received the amount which we had deposited with the representative of Tikiona. Now we want Rs. 500/- plus 24% interest as well as the harassment we had to face. We are calling them on phone but they just pay deaf ear and do not respond. The high profile officers such as the Area Manager Manoj Rawat no. 9716288863 do not respond to our calls. We want the actual amount Rs.500/- plus 24% interest and the harassment we are facing till date. Twice we had gone to their Okhla office but the people at Okhla oiffice also paid a deaf ear to us.

    Hi,

    Its more than 24 hrs now and you stupid and useless people have still not called and my slow speed continues to persist which is not at all surprising anymore!!! What the shit are you guys doing there at Tikona??? Seems like all you guys are a bunch of losers who needs to be taught how to service your customers… I don’t think I want to use your lousy services anymore so please note that whatever is the last bill amount is never going to be paid by me.

    Just to keep you informed, I have also written about your lousy and sad service in all broadband blogs possible!!

    I would like to start by telling you how pathetic your services really are. I am sure you must be already aware of this fact as I am pretty sure that I am not the only cust who is upset about your poor services!

    Ever since I have taken your service, I have had nothing but recurring problems at a regular frequency. Every 2 weeks to a months time, I have to call you guys and make the same complaint…. “SLOW SPEEDS”. This has now become a regular practice for me and your service has become so unreliable that I have decided to disconnect your service. What’s worst is that now whenever I call your IVR and dial 1 for technical help, I am by default routed to a Cust Service Exec who only takes a complaint and then says “you will receive an SMS in 6 Hours with the resolution time mentioned in it”. Is this a JOKE???? Someone is upset that his internet service is not working and wants it fixed immediately and you say wait for 6 hours!!!! And that to only to receive an SMS… post that how much longer for a resolution???? So does your customer suffer in the mean time?? Is he not paying for the service???

    Coming to second part of this complaint, I had first called your toll free no to lodge a complaint about the slow speed on Monday 23th Aug at 05:00 hrs but your IVR said that you guys work only 8:00 Hrs– 00:00 Hrs. I hence requested for a call back as prompted by your IVR and punched in my mobile no. I then assumed that I will get a call back at the earliest as mentioned by your IVR. I however did not get any call back till date.

    Since I did not receive any call back and since the slow speed persisted, I called your toll free no again on Tuesday 24th Aug at 14:15 Hrs and spoke to Yogesh and for some reason he refused to give me his Last name stating that it was against company policy (but strangely your company policy did not stop some of your other agents whom I spoke to later from giving me their last names, so that means that either the policy is different for different agents or Yogesh does not know the policy!!!). After informing Yogesh about my problem, he informed me that he will have to take a complaint and then I would receive an SMS in 6 hrs with the resolution time mentioned in it. I got really upset that firstly I did not get the call back and now I have to wait for 6 hrs jus to know when I can have someone call me for a resolution. So that means your customer who is calling for help not only can’t get immediate help but now has to wait for 6 hrs plus to get the issue resolved. I refused to accept this and asked to speak to the manager, to which Yogesh just refused and since I got abusive due to the frustration he hung up on me!
    I then dialed again and this time I spoke to Suraj Gadgul who mind you had absolutely no problems in giving out his last name!!! I called him at about 14:22 Hrs and he finally took a complaint and gave me the complaint no: 1-756297674. Since I was so upset, he said that he had referred the case to his seniors and I would get the SMS on priority in 1 hour! I have still not got the sms or call!

    I called again the next day on Wednesday 25th Aug at 13:55 hrs since I did not receive the call and spoke to Sheetal Raut who again had absolutely no problems in giving out her last name!!! I gave her the complaint no and she told her that I did not get the sms or call. I also gave her the complaint no and she informed me that there was an update that there was some kind of bandwidth issue. She again then promised me that I will get the sms and call, and not surprisingly this time too I have still not received the sms or call!!!
    I seriously feel that you guys are just a bunch of jokers there who do not know how to conduct your business!!! I am dead sure that I will not be making any more payments to you guys till I get your freaking SMS and a call from your freaking technicians who should come and check how pathetic is the speed that guys are offering me after claiming to offer me 750 Kbps speeds!!!!
    I don’t think you guys should be in this business if you can’t offer basic customer service and help. Even your IVR is so hopeless which says dial 1 for technical help but routes you to a customer service exec!!!!
    If this issue is not resolved in the next 3 days with appropriate compensation then I will have this service disconnected. I am really hoping that this will be taken seriously else I am going to advertise your shitty service all over the broadband blog sites!!!

    This is really worst service and should not give some faith no this service, i was complaining slow browsing problem from last eight days and still this service people dont know what is the issue in the line and how long it will take to resolve the issue this is really worst service i ever seen.

    Default False promises from Tikona Broadband.... (1-1640967939)

    Name : Mangesh Pokharkar.
    Staying at Nigdi, Pune and working as a Manager in TCS, Pune.

    I have subscribed to Tikona from August,2010. I would like to share that currently I am going through very bad co-operative stage from Tikona.

    1) In month of Oct-Nov, Tikona has some network issue in my area (Nigdi, Pune) , so around a month I am not able to access internet. Many times I registered complaint to customer care. But NO USE.
    2) Full month of December I am out of town for official work and nobody their to access internet. Although it was inactive from your side due to non payment. (My internet service is inactive from November last week)
    3) I already raised request to customer support regarding bad network in month of October. At that time around 20-25 days my internet was not working. And it got deactivated in November month.
    I didn't understand why you people charged for December month usage as in full month my account were inactive.

    On 13-Jan-2011, your billing representative called me and said that my total bill is around 1800. and if I paid 1043 my account will be active. I am not sure why bill is 1800. Because December, my account is in active and Oct-Nov, their is problem with network.
    Still after talking with Libiya and Vishakha, I have made the cheque payment of 1043.
    Libiya informed me that remaining amount will get waiver to me, and I no need to pay that.
    Libiya asked me to call Rajesh (020 41414324) , on thursday 13-Jan. He inform me that my account will get activate from Saturday.

    But it's not yet active.
    On Monday 18-Jan, I called customer care number and they told me that I need to pay remaining amount also to activate my account.

    I am not able to understand why your people are making false promises.

    This is really annoying and I would like you to look into this issue asap. I really don't want to escalate this further.

    why Tikona people making wrong promises to customers ? If waiver is not acceptable, then why your agent promised me so and asked me to pay 1043 rs. ?
    I talked with Rajesh (020 41414324) on Friday , and he said to me that my account will get active on Saturday....Has he not ware of that ?

    Yesterday and Today I have spoken with Rajesh Kadam (020 41414324), who again promised me that my account will get activate soon......

    WHY SO MANY FALSE PROMISES ?

    First of all thanks for the prompt action taken by the company regarding various issues of my connection.I was really fed up of the delayed services of the staff of Indore as well as company. I was thinking to switch to some other company but all thanks and credit goes to "Bharti Madam" of Pune who has taken pain for my serious problems and has taken immediate action in this regard and resolved my issues.This will give inspiration to other team members also.Once again many thanks to Bharti Madam and off course the nodal officer of M.P.

    Default Tikona worst service ever

    It has been a week the internet is not working. in a day i call at least 4 times and each time i call A STUPID REPRESENTATIVE says you will get a call within 4 hours and then we will arrange for a engineer visit.
    NO ONE EVER CALLS back and no F**** ENGINEER EVER COMES
    They think they are really the best whereas they are by far the WORST CUSTOMER Support I have ever come across
    And finally when i call today (2nd November 2011) a customer service rep said that they can close the account If I request WOW NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL GUTS THEY CAN AFFORD TO LOOSE A CUSTOMER BUT NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
    Its high time you understand that you are not the only internet service provider and such rude behavior is un acceptable.
