    I don't think, I have said that my issue is got resolved. There is conflict information given by your technical team and your customer support. I don't buy solution provided by your team and I also asked them to keep the ticket open. Soon I am going to complaint it to Consumer court in writing about the way you are handling the customer complaint and answer you give on the call. Please don't count this as solution, listen to all the conversation I had with your customer support guys and request you to bring that to consumer court to show them how you solve the complaint and will ask court whether what you people are claiming is solution to my problem or not.

    Unhappy complaint about tata photon plus connectin in varanasi

    I am currently using tata photon plus ec156broadband internet, mainly based in varanasi.

    At the time of connection they promised me to give service @ speed of 3.1Mbps@ Rs. 900/monthly. I started using this service from jun 12th, 2012. But from the 3 07 2012 it started troubling me, I never got promised connection. It got never connected several times in a day.

    I registered complaints about this issue several times during the first month of the connection. Every time I only got fake promises. I normally use internet for share trading and other financial transaction which required uninterrupted connection. Due to this inconvenience I was unable to continue my transactions which led me to loss of 50000ruppes. To continue my trading and transactions I was forced to go to cyber cafes for which I also spent some more money.

    At last I decided to discontinue the current internet service and on 10th july, 2012 I came to know that tata tel has no service of photon plus at varanasi. but now they are forcing me to pay the bill whether I got the promised service or not. they had charged for modem of rs 1299.They r saying that we can not help you. You have to pay the last bill. and if connection if not terminated from our side. you have to pay next bill.
    At the time of installation I noticed the connection issue but their installation engineer told me that the problem will be fixed within few day. But the problem is still not fixed.

    It means they knew that the tata has no service of tata photon plus at varanasi and at my place, but to only increase their sale count they have cheated me. Which cost me loss in my share trading and mental harassment.

    Kindly help me in this case.

    Angry Ortel Communication Cheating Peoples

    Most of the people from Odisha use Ortel Communication’s Internet Broadband Services as many of them are not aware about other Broadband Services and The Ortel Marketing Staffs push their service easily to Innocent Customers.

    While taking the new connection from them they will treat you like their family members but later on their service go worst. Most of the time their connections are down and it’s very slow whether you take an Unlimited Plan or a Lease Line Service. There is no guarantee of Good Service. Their support staffs are not technically sound and they always try to push the difficulties or any complaint to other department and then you will get a SMS from them that your problem has been shorted out and your ticket Number has closed but your problem would be there as it is.

    If you rarely use Internet to check your mails or you are a newbie then you won’t face any problem because it’s good to check mails for 10 to 15 mins. but if you are a Professional and work hours and Hours over net then you will notice the real problem. For 15 to 20 mins their service will be good but after crossing the 20 mins. of barrier it stops working, it will be slow down and it will take long time to load any basic site. Big file downloads are impossible with this connection.

    They have no good thing to describe, the whole departments are cheaters. Let me explain why I told you this. If you don’t have an Unlimited plan just have the 5 GB or any starter plan then they will start adding false data usages to your account and within few days your Limit will be exceed and they will send a Big Bill to you, if you will ask them about this then they will start arguing with you, either you have to pay the bill and continue with their service or you have to disconnect your Broadband connection from them.

    Out of 100% only 30% (approx) of their users are aware about this as they are technically sound but the rest of the people who are not having much depth in these things they never notice this and while making the payment they thought it may be their any additional service charges due to which their bill comes like this. So most of their executive will suggest you to pick the starter plan or any other plan except the unlimited plan, they will try their best to convince you that you will get much faster connection and get 99.99% up time guarantee etc…. more they sell such types of plan the chances to generating revenue through manipulation will increase but once you asked about the unlimited plan then their fuse will be down and they will tell the negative point of the unlimited plan like it will be very slow in comparison to other starter plans Blah…Blah… I am telling this from my personal experience when I had a starter plan I just used to check mails only as those days I was not working much online but at the end of the Month they will send you a Big bill so My Elder Brother always ask them why they have charged this and many time he has to visit their office in Badambadi, Cuttack to increase our plan and still continued for many times and then finally we got BSNL Broadband connection.

    The main reason to write this review about Ortel Communication is not only I but also 100s of other users are suffering badly from their poor service. Since last 3 months they have enabled annoying Popup banner ads, once you connect your Ortel connection and browse any site a Popup banner ad will comes up from the footer area and after few seconds it will go down, if by chance you will mouse hover at the footer area of the site the ad will again comes up and you will click it accidentally. So it’s very hard to work with such conditions, their advertisement codes conflict with the website coding and last time I struggled a lot with a client’s site due to their ad codes, I thought his site has been infected by any virus so I have started checking the script as I found the ad code is showing inside the website code but after researching for more than 5 hrs I found its the Gift of Great Ortel Communication for this I have scanned my PC several times in order to check whether my PC infected by any Ad-ware as I always keeps on my Anti Virus and I scan each and everything time to time and its very secured but due to this Unwanted advertisements I have suffered a lot so I have told my Brother about this and he also faced the same problem so he called them last week about this issue so their representative proudly told that they are using this ad codes and suggested us to use any popup blocker to Block this but after a deep request he told that he will forward this to the upper authority but 1 week gone nothing happened and they didn’t update us for this complain and this evening I called again to the BHubaneswar Helpline and told about this so the person started telling the same story so I told him that their staffs are always telling the same thing and telling exactly the same this time so it’s not acceptable either you stop showing us this ads or we will cancel our subscription from you. I have explained him that if Ortel giving the service in a concession rates or giving high quality of service freely to students or any senior citizen etc… so in order to raise the fund they are showing the ads in this case this is acceptable but you guys are charging us each month for the Crap Poor service and over it instead of giving us any concession or any periodical promotional offers displaying ads which is not forgivable so instead of trying to answer me the support Guy Disconnected the Phone Line.

    hi..i'm ankit..i'm from ahmedabad..a month ago i have installed internet plan for 7 month from spidigo(broadband internet provider) by paying 4500 rs..now my internet has stopped working and i'm calling spidigo's customercare for last 7 days..but they are giving me date on date and telling that "we can not give gaurntee when yor net will be working"..i have calles atleast 50 times...so i want to complaint against spidigo...plz help me i can not do anything against spidigo without you..

    Hi

    I am using intern connection of SPIDIGO, Ahmedabad..... I took connection in the month of April-2012 having speed of 1MBPS but since begining i am not getting promised speed and also dialy we are facing problem in net connection daily internet connection is disconnected and dispite of several complain they (SPIDIGO) are not taking proper action nor they are willing of resolve my problem... I also make complain on their official email ID on support@spidigo.com and ankit.pachouri@spidigo.com.. But till date my problem is not resolved......

    Default Complain against Tikona Internet Service Provider -

    Recently I was using Tikona Internet and At the time of connection their representative promised me to give speed of 2MBPS @ Rs. 699/month. I started using this service But from the first week it started troubling me, I never got promised speed and connection. It got disconnected several times in a day. I made complaint many time, every time engineer came to me and said, "there is some problem in server but it will resolve shortly in meanwhile you will be getting slow speed" and engineer gone away.... I never get the issue resolved completely.

    Since mid of July 2012 I am not able to connect with internet, I complain many times, but no one take care of it. Customer care representative misguide me every time saying... "Engineer will come to you today/tomorrow and will short out your problem" but I am honestly saying you..... Till date no body came to me to resolve the problem. BUT I got many calls to pay the bill.

    I would like to complain about this provider, please suggest me, where can i complain about this provider where the legal action will take place.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a customer of you broadband & cable india ltd

    Yesterday 10 Sept 2012 At 4:00PM IST i gave a cheque for my new plan that is 256KBPS 12 Months unlimited plan,
    and today 11 Sept 2012 At 11:00AM IST i check my online account on youtele.com site and it show me that my account has only 359 days for my plan.

    So, i contact to youtele.com LIVE CHAT for regarding this issue and told them to give me written Terms & Conditions for my plan and also for the Calculation about Days & Time that they calculate 12 months as 359 Days?

    But then there is no online chat happen and there after no reply from them.

    So, Can anybody in INDIA help to understand that 12 months = 359 days in INDIA?

    Angry Pathetic Service by You Broadband

    I've been using You Broadband 16 mbps plan and I am not getting speed of even 1mbps. I tried calling customer care, they take my complaint but without any communication they simply close it. I tried to contact Nodal Officer as well as higher authority but they simply do not respond. Now I am thinking to lodge a formal complaint in consumer court for my money refund and compensation for the day I got slow speeds.

    iam a regualar payment customer of connect and is using conncet internet service provider services for 3 years but from the last 6 month's they are providing the worst service ever and they are also not resolving the problem even is complaining them on the daily basis and today i had called the operstor's head that is mr. surinder singh from head's department that our complaint is not solving by your provider's they said we'll send it as soon as possible but nw he's saying that we have a busy schedule we'll send the person after 5 day's these are our service private compaines service'ss we should take a necessary step tto solve it
