    Default Fraudulent & Incorrect Bills sentby AIRTEL & NOT CORRECTING evenafter MANY COMPLAINTS

    Dear Sir,
    I am having my Broadband Multiple connection for past morethan 8 Years, vide Ac. No.10826939 & Tel.No. 011-42440600.I was having aCombo Plan of Rs.649/-,which included 100 Local calls free to Any Network.Everything was going OK, till the bill dt.12-08-2011,in which the said waiverfor deduction of 100 calls was not given, for which I locked a complaint videRef No.16331114 and only thereafter the said deduction was granted. And besidesthat waiver of Rs. 75 for late payment shown in the said bill was also grantedvide Ref. No.13704965 besides further waiver of Rs.500/- granted by Mr.Abulla,(ofRetention Deptt.) vide Ref.No.87647431 & Ref.No.13704965,given by Mr.SharadSingh, (also of your Retention Deptt.), due to some fault in my Cordless telephonePLS.Note this was besides the deductions shown hereinabove. This waiver was tobe spread over in two next Bills @ Rs.250/- for two coming bills and I wasasked to deposit Rs.450 after giving a deduction of Rs.335/-, for the said billpaid in August 2011.
    However, to mysurprise, except for the deduction of Rs.110.30 Ps in the present bill Dt.31-08-2011,NOOTHER DEDUCTION has been given, which had duly been granted to me, as statedearlier. Besides this I am SHOCKED to see than the deduction for 100 Rs. callshas again not been given in this Bill also. And besides, this Bill is alsoshowing the previous balance, the Waiver whereof was duly granted as statedabove.
    To TOP IT ALL myearlier plan of Rs.649/- ,which included unlimited internet usage and downloadsand 100 local & NCR calls free from our telephone 'to ANY SUBSCRIBER', hasbeen changed ,without my asking and without my knowledge or consent. Andmonthly charges have been shown to be Rs, 1146.04.Changing of plan without myrequest or asking is against theDIRECTIVES laid down by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI ) .And besides this on page 2 of the said bill ,some DSL STANDALONE charges havebeen levied, which never had been there in any of my past bills for past morethan 8 years.
    As such, you arekindly requested to revert back to my original PLAN of Rs,649/- ,which also providesfor free 100 local calls to any subscriber ,immediately in the present Bill,besides providing the entire deductions-Waivers already granted, as statedabove, Although I have already locked in several COMPLAINTS ON YOUR CUSTOMERCARE, but due to some technical problems- errors at your end due to some upgradation of your system, they say the matter is pending with the back up team& will be resolved within 24Hrs on each occasion but it has not been doneso far. From 04-09-1011, till date. I have lodged several complaints vide someRef.Nos. are - 3485784, 21024915, 3709352, 3751422, 3841412 & 15.09.2011interaction id. is 24346981.There after I also made a complaint to the Airtel Customer Care via e-mail on 15.09.2011,which has been duly acknowledged by them in which they had promised to rectify the same in 24 HOURS,but till date nothing has been done.And today beeing the last day for making the payment,so in the next bill I will be laden with extra late payment charges. For their perrinial excuse for last number of months 'that their system is beeing upgraded,as such they are having these mistakes & they are not accepting the online payments too-------- For this INABILITY of the SERVICE PROVIDER,WHY THE POOR CUSTOMER IS GRINDED & SHOULD SUFFER for no their FAULTS
    Although I eventalked to the floor supervisors, who though assured of an early solutionfor Being discontent with the behaviorsof your customer care juniors. And allof them including your billing Deptt.& the retention Deptt. Officersadmitted the mistakes in the present & last bill but besides givingassurances, my bill has not been revised or corrected till date.
    You are kindlyrequested to correct my present bill, as per the above commitments &requirements and SEND ME A FRESH BILL instead of the present bill and also by extendingthe DUE DATE, so as to enable me to provide sufficient time to deposit the samein time, since your system is not accepting the ONLINE PAYMENTS for past fewmonths due to some problem at your end. I am such an old customer and hadalways been making payments on time & my monthly usage always used to bebetween Rs. 600 to 700 .I am having 4 other telephones of yours in other namesof my family members & have not faced such a problem before, besides someother minor problems. It is only after great mental agony I am constrained towrite this complaint as a final measure,HOPING TO HEAR & Required Corrections FROM YOU AT AN EARLY DATE failure in corrections therein will lead to approprite action for damages,as delineated herinbefore.Please NOTE accordingly.

    Default Tata indicom up east

    Dear Sir,

    I am using Tata Photon Witz from your Varanasi Office on monthly unlimited plan since long. On dated 29.03.2011 your representative of Varanasi called me and intimated about yearly package of Rs.3999/- upto 31.03.2011 and collected the amount on the same day vide receipr No. 2296 and intimated that the detailed information will be available on your e-mail within 2-3 days.

    Despite my several enquiry by phone/mail no proper reply was given but advised me that we will see only if you intimate the name of the person who collected the amount Rs.3999/- and no such plan is known to us. The amount has been credited in my account and monthly charges are recovered. Further I lodged complaint reference No. 318465 on 21.07.2011 online but still the status is unknown. Your Varanasi office persons say that some one has befooled you so that you may not switch over to another service provider and if you have any grivances donot call us but do what you dim fit.

    Please advise me the factual position immediately.

    Thumbs down Beam Cable - Poor internet service

    Such people harassing internet service provider has to be banned. I was using Tata photon plus and it was working fine and there was no issues. When beam introduced 10MBPS plan anticipating the speed and taken the connection by disconnecting TATA connection. After I realise that done a big mistake taking beam connection.

    Paid 1000 rent in advance and 800 installation charges promising that within 24 hours you will get the connection. But after so many followups and escalations I got the connection after 3 weeks. We are doing medical transcription online and lost around 1lac rupees beacuse of this. They are promising 10MBPS but we never get this speed, maximum you will get only 1MBPS download speed. Don't we have any rules aginst such companies? I am planning to lodge a complaint against Beam at consumer forum, we don't know whether will I get justice.

    I have shifted my flat next to my existing apartment. Requested them to shift the connection, already one month over. In between got one call from them to confirm the address after that no response. Everyday I am calling to their customer service and getting same reply that we are escalating the matter. Who will pay for my loss?

    Default Complaint regarding Tikona's pathetic service

    I am totally agree with all the above complaints. My experience is worst than all of you. I had taken 799 plan and they offered me 4Mbps speed. But in fact I am geetting 6 kb to 10 kb while downloading. The interesting thing is that that is not consistent also. I need to wait for their time to connect the net. May be it after 12'O clock at night.

    I had made a written complaint to them and after this 7 days I got no reply from them. I hope that we can educate the people regarding this great service and stay back them from to commit a great blunder by taking their service.
