Hi,

I had registered for the Broadband connection of Reliance Broadband on the 5th of Feb 2010. Till date I have neither got the connection nor my money back. Even after 2 months no one from Reliance has even bothered to call & tell me that they are incapable of providing connection. Inspite of my hundreds of calls to the customer care & even threats that I'll take them to consumer court, nothing seems to have happened. They seem to not bother about the court I guess. I have all the call records & the mail records I've sent them which I can show you if needed. Please take stringent actin against these culprits so that they think many times before behaving with someone this way. My registration no or CAF no with Reliance is: 17800012396465
