I am Jawahar from Chennai. Recently I took broadband connection with Tikona and also received my login details by a sms on Thursday 18/03/10. The next Saturday (20/03/10), one of Tikona service staff came to my home and connected internet in my system. By that time I was able to browse in internet.
When I get back in internet after 4 hours (about around 11PM on Saturday) it's not let me login, since it's been showing "Authentication failed. Reason []".
Last 4 days I called more than 10 times the Tikona technical service department and complained about this issue. When I reach each and every time, their representatives are just keep saying "we will reset your password, and it will reach you with in 6 hours". But got NOTHING.
I am really disappointed by this.
Also I was informed that my form is still in process as the service staff did not submit all my documents. When I spoke with the service staff he telling that he gave to his office all the documents.
How long will it take to complete this process? Is it my responsibility to force them or do the process? They are very irresponsible.
Last 4 days they buried me alive.
Can any one of you help(save) me on this how to move further? Please reach me at jawahar.s@itech-india.com.
