Dear Sir/Madam,

I am abhishek Karna from P.D.M. Polytechnic, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. I am working here as a lecturer in Civil Department. I have bought Reliance Netconnect Modem from City Heart Communication on 14th February 2009. I paid Rs. 2820. My invoice no. is 4955.

I was told that I would get two months free subscription on connection. I used modem for five days then I got message that I have to pay Rs. 1600 and my connection was hanged.

I then went to City Heart Communication and asked for the problem. He told me that it happened by mistake and he would resolve the problem but after one day he told me that he could not do anything.
