i have been using reliance broadband since 4 months for both the month s false bills have been levied on me... 1st 2 months are free.
my plan is swift 30 + in which we get upto 15hrs usage during day & 30 hrs in the night all this for 30 days... i m a medical student who hardly gets time to sit on the net .. i only use the net during weekends.
1) earlier i had paid Rs 640 /- ... i was told that u have surpass the limit.. i was told that i have been billed from 19th to 19 th of a month ...however this time i have benn charged for a period of 10 -2-2010 to 11- 3 2010..
2) i have used the net for this period only for 17 hrs according to the software the company has installed..whereas the bill send by the company reads it as 26 hrs..
3) the speed promised is far more than it actually is.. i m sitting in the city area at the 4th floor of a premier city like pune... where the speed is supposed to be at its zenith.
4) thias month i have been billed Rs 740 .. instead of Rs300 ..neither i have that much amount to pay nor m i gonna pay more than Rs300 wihtout even using it. my parents have told me to stop the serveice but what about Rs 2500 i have paid for the modem.
5) i had mailed this plea to the authorities of reliance net connect there was no reply at all this time at all earlier they had contacted immediately the next day.
