    Default tata photon plus tariff

    As i heard about this that writing a complaint here could solve my problem, well I bought a Tata Photon Plus data card from alakhnanda market and as promise by the company that i will get high speed using photon plus but its as slow as i was getting very low speed it takes 5 minutes to open a google page lodging complaints so many times to tata customer care that i am getting very low speed, after all one of one representative visited my place he checks the speed and said that it is working on cdma mode because of Tata telecom networks is low in your area we have to install some kind off equipments at your place and leaves a paper with docket no 4772 with MDN NO. 2212303459 TT NO.200155459
    after this no action has been taken to solve my problem but they send me 3000/- bill for my data card for which i refuse to pay the same

    now from tata company i am getting calls to pay the bill instead of solving my problem they are harrashing me on phone therefore i request please do the needfull in my case now i dont want tata services i already baught relaince data card and surpricengly its giving me very high speed and i am very happy with the services

    I bought a Tata Photon + on 31st July 2009 having number 9230040689 9230040689 and account number 934185426.

    After using the photon I found that speed is very very low. I contacted customer support they gave me various settiing but couldnot increase the speed. The speed I was getting was in the range of 100 to 300 kbps. This was tested from the website provided by Tata support executive. The complaint was registered vide email on august 10 2009 vide docket number 184342283.

    Various executive visited my house, changed various setting in the computer but could not increase the speed. They checked with 2-3 computers at various locations in house and even used their own laptop to check but of no avail.

    On complaining to nodal office on august 11 2009 he closed the call informing me that speed between 256 kbps to 600 kbps is Ok. and had no explanation why my Photon is working so slow.

    On appealling to to Applleate Authority vide no. 193074549 dated 14th October 2009 I am yet to receive any answer.

    I hv stopped using the connection and is running around to get my refund from the comapny, for this expensive white elephant where the ad claims speed upto 3.1 MBPs but comapny says it is not possible.

    Now they are only asking for the bill which they have generated without solving the problem. The 3 bills I have already paid without getting any service, they are silent about it. The complaint to Nodal Office and Apellate Authority is still pending.

    Angry Tata Photon Tower Issue

    I Recharged my Tata Photon + on 31st July 2011 having number 9244504303 KANAKARAJ.
    After using the photon in my house, Didn't get Tower in my House .
    I contacted customer support they gave me various settings, but couldn't get solution.

    I spoke to Various executive in customer care ,They said to changed various setting in the computer, but didn't get any result.
    I called customer care 4-5 times, call attended Executive names Vinoth, anil, Mohamed,kumar,ramesh,,etc.
    People say one repeated dialogue : i will take this issue in high priority .
    The complaint was registered 09 july 2011.
    My Ticket ID NO : ptc0751789329

    since than today is 26-07-2011 still my photon is not working and not used.
    I don't know how much day Enough for Resolved my problem.

    I have recharged my Photon + the validity is one month and I still face the same problem

    The quality of people for CC as well as maintenance is pathetic.

    Is this how the global company works?

    Kindly I would request consumer forum to help me to Resolve my Tata photon Tower issue in my place.
