The submission is as under.
That on 8th January 2010 i logged on to GOIBIBO.COM site to book a ticket while transition was completed and an amount of Rs 3776 was withdrawn from my credit card but ticket was not issued .for which i complained many a times through E-mails on there mail address (travel@ibibogroup.com )but was not given no reply. then on 24th of January i phoned on phone NO,18602662222,and was given a Reference/complaint by an executive under No.1001291 and also was given an assurance that my amount shall be redirected to my credit card within seven days, after that i called on the same phone Number on 29th of January and was told it is under process and will take anther two to three days, when today i called to the goibibo.com to confirm the status the amount was not redirected to my credit card and i was told that it will take anther seven days while as the bank will charge me an interest .for this amount .
in view of the above mentioned facts you are therefore requested to lodge a complaint against the respondents and help me to get my amount back.
