Hi,

I had ordered "SAP Smart Forms (Hardcover) by Werner Hertleif, Christoph Wachter" book through NBC India.com a Delhi based book store on 1/30/2010 order number 90282. While buying the amount was Rs 1900.00. I made online payment through the netBanking. During that time the delivery date was 6-Feb-2010 but when I checked my order details on 03-Feb-2010 the site it is showing Status Pending and the amount is now Rs. 2937.00. I tried calling them but did not get any response and also mailed but non of the action has been taken from the NBC India.com. I have mentioned all the details. Please take corrective action against NBC India.com and refund my money that I paid.
