    Default Tikona Broadband is harrashing me by sending bill, where as i deactivate in Oct09

    Hi,
    I had applied for Broadband connection from Tikona Broadband in the month of around Sep-Oct. They charged me 500Rs as deposit and told my service will be activated in 7 days. But finally the Local engineer told there is no signal for Wi-Fi near my area hence connection is not possibke. I applied for de-activation on 10th oct'09, and i was assured i would get my amount of Rs 500 within 15days. But still i have not got my money. On top of this now they have started sending mail and sms to pay my bill of Rs 815.
    Please help me from this fraud company and get my money back. Its more than 5 months i have not got my money back.

    These are my emails written to customercare@tikona.in from 9/4/2011 to
    13/6/2011 in addition to numerous phone calls to and from tikona where
    every one listens to the call but is unable to attend.two engineers who
    came at two different occasions told me that the line is not feasible
    and i have been duped by the sales guy.they told me they are unable to
    rectify the line as there are no signal.i have told your customer care
    all this and ultimately the box was removed as the same was only
    ornamental.despite this i am being sent a bill every month. i request
    you to kindly stop this harrasment or i will complain to trai and
    consumer court to necessary action against tikona.
    this is my final request.the receipt issued is also enclosed.

    I have been provided with a connection which is not active.despite my
    complaints no one has attended to it. I request you to kindly cancel my
    subscription and refund the amount.

    i subscribed for ur network and the same was active for 2 days.since
    then
    i have been complaining on phone and through emails.but the problem is
    unresolved the engineer who visited told me that there was no signal
    and
    the line was not workable.however since then no action has been taken.

    since ur not interested in rectifying please remove the connection and
    refund my payment. incase the same is not possible kindly keep the
    money
    as donation.please atleast now take action of disconnection.

    please refer to my earlier complaints my network worked only for afew
    days after which it never worked till date.your engineers were unable
    to
    rectify or restore the services.Bills are raised for services and not
    for
    dead wire.instead of refunding what i paid u r raising new bills.

    please rectify your system and check before raising bills.my line has
    also been disconnected and hence the process of refunding may be
    undertaken and stop from sending any more bills.

    I have written called up and try with every means possible to put
    across that i don't have any tikona services with me as the line has
    been disconnected and taken back. there was no signal and the net only
    worked for two days. the engineers from ur organisation could not
    rectify the error.

    despite this i am being asked to pay for what.kindly desist from
    sending any more bills and smses.
