Hi, I own an airtel prepaid 9680122391. I use the services of airtel internet of Rs. 95 and receives 2000mb of usage in internet account. But sometimes they charge the balance from main account. and the people at customer care are very irresponsible and rude. They ask a large no. of questions and discuss about the problem rather than solving it. Now airtel is charging some amount to call to customrer care executive. Such a poor services and no one is there to listen u. Its terrible. Its cheating with customer and feel no responsibility towards the customer.
