Unhappy SMTP Issue in sending email using WiMax VSNL TATA

    Hello everyone,

My CEO owns VSNL email ID since early 1990’s when they provided dialup accounts. Later on, we were advised by their helpdesk officials to migrate it to WiMax technology to resolve mail-sending problems. We did the same accordingly, however, the scenario never changed / improved. Since the id was widely distributed to many people globally, we did not want to discontinue but accept any option they advise and carry on. My CEO is a Macintosh User and not a PC (Windows) user. Every time VSNL sends us some preliminary advices as how to setup Outlook Express mailing applications which does not exists in Mac computers and of no use at all.
Despite of our several attempts, we did not succeed and therefore decided to send complaint in writing by email.

A message was sent to VSNL helpdesk on 5-Dec-09 and we were responded back with some solutions, which were of no use as usual.

On December 11th, we were requested to performed a few command and send output to VSNL. It was done accordingly and response was posted by 13-Dec.

Several times, it was found that they send some standard message without responding to the specifics requested by the customer. By now, we have spent too much money, time and efforts.

We retain complete correspondence references which may possibly be needed while we file complaint to consumer courts. We are now planning to lodge our complaints to Consumer Courts.

Can anyone suggest what course of action will help us resolve the issue?

    Thank you.
    Rakesh.

    Hello,

Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

If still have a question then feel free to contact us again.
    Regards,
    Admin,
