    Angry Tikona WI-BRO Internet Provider Cheating with Customer

    I have applied for tikona internet on 12-12-2009 but after 4 days I got the installation done then since installation I am not getting internet properly nor the speed nor the signals. I have lodged many complaints on the customer care number 1-800-94267, which are mentioned as follows: 1-208791825, 1-210785803, 1-210804544, 1-210804567, 1-210804758, 1-210810969, 1-211491551 still none of the complaint got solved. The net provider sends the engineer every time a new engineer who always come with bare hands without instruments and walks away stating that he will come tomorrow but he never appears. One of the engineers of tikona said that tikona is like this only all are fed up. Please take action against such net providers

    They will help you. Actually i faced same problem with MTNL service. But with the help of above authority my problem is resolved. You need to send a trail mail to above authorities for ex

    Actually I faced mtnl broadband speed or disconnectivity problem from the very first day. I register more than 60 complaints to their customer care at 1504. But they are not resolved the issue. Their engineer told me that your speed is better. Actually i subscribe mtnl connection with 256kbps. They are providing me 178kbps or facing day to day dis connectivity problem. In six months no body resolved my problem. No any engineer visited my home for the same. Then i send a mail to respective email id's within a week they resolve my problem and now a days i am getting 293kbps speed from last 8 months. I tried it works.

    I want to file a case of fradulance on Tikona. They cheat customers by making false promises and also closed the complaint sending me an sms that issue is resolved without checking if my issue is resolved. The owners are not interested in taking care of this company and are interested only in cheating the public.

    My request to all is stay without an internet connection but do not choose Tikona EVER

    Default Issue with net connection

    Hi,
    Even I have issue with my Tikona connection, it was damm.. slow and issue was never resolved in 3-4 months, even after this they send me inflated bills. After complaint to customer care, they promised me to correct this but never happened, I have logged several complaints. Finally I have decided for disconnection. Even now they have not corrected the bill and sending me bills with rent and penalty for the period after disconnection.

    Have anybody mailled to TRAI and received response from them (I am not sure if they actaully work... ?

    Tikona is un-Professionals team they don't anything about connectivity, till receiving payment they'll say feasibility there we can give after few days they'll inform that no connectivity/Feasibility.

    This kind of poor service never seen anywhere.

    I want to file a case of fradulance on Tikona. They cheat customers by making false promises and also closed the complaint without any response. The owners are not interested in taking care of this company and are interested only in cheating the public.

    My biggest request to all is stay without an internet connection but do not choose Tikona EVER

    Hi all
    let every one be advised that TIKONA wireless is a pain in the neck affair. My story is a bit different and i advice all the troubled people to follow what i did. First of all contact the nodal officer of your state , send him a few mails and keep proof of them(get the mail ID from the help line). This might make things move in the right direction (dont bet on it). If they fail to solve your problem then send a legal notice to the head office and the local office with RPAD. If they still fail to respond ,then file a case in the consumer forum , which is what i did in mysore and I am very proud to say that in a matter of 8 months my case was settled and the court has ordered TIKONA to pay back my money with interest. Not only that the consumer court has ordered for damages as well (penalty). Now I am very happy that in a small way I have taught TIKONA a lesson. I hope many will do the same in our own interest to stop being taken for a ride. If required I can provide help/advice in my small way if required by anybody.
