Costumers are getting bills late, bill payment last date is 23 feb , it is said that the lot was sent to post agent on 9 feb, but still the bills are not received by costumers in Nagpur city, the late fee they are charging is around minimum Rs 10/-.So now calculate the amount for thousands of bill say around 20000, will be Rs 2.0lacs, this is somthing as if no body is responsible for this delay and costumer is paying for delay , they have no answer for delay in Nagpur City itself.Why it shall be delay in Nagpur City 09 Feb to 23 Feb , 13 days within the city, and then nobody is responsible for this, but for delay the costumer will pay the late fee, is this a way to earn the money, this is not justfied at all.

arrgument in toll tax cost value is high for local ( arround 03 km of toll tax ).but he was not agree for
low cost passes allow for local vehicals. kindly help for the same.
