I am still wondering if BSNL really bothers to solve customer issues.. the branch/exchange which I am refering to is Rama Murthy Nagar, Bangalore -36.

As you could have guessed by now.. my phone issue is not resolved yet.

Guess 45 days is really a long time to work on any issue.. hope u agree?

Hi,

My phone is dead for over a month now ( With no response yet) but I have already recieved my broadband bill of 829 rs/- (750+ unlimited).

I have given n number of complaints:
Docket number 0780
Docket no. KRK/CO/2009/4838
BSNL Comp # 13111330911220001
BSNL Comp # 13111330911260011

Do I need to pay the bill & also how much time does it take to rectify a connection issue?

Please advice
