Cellnext is worst management company

    Default Cellnext is worst management company

    I was started working with cellnext around 2 years back when my company Universal Infocom decided to start working in Mobile VAS sector, the company employes and customer care department was very easy going in handling all the technical issues and we very proudly use all the services whatever sms , short code or gme

    but in the last within 1 month and you can say that from the time when and after Value first taken charge of management of Cellnext, company performance is going worst day by day, for any problem they only the reply that we are working with operators and they are the boss and when they will reply then we can do any thing, it can be ok for 2, 3 or 4 days but not for a month, for 25 days the GME number is completely disconnected from Delhi NCR circle airtel mobile (GME cellnext provide Idea U.P.), I know that mobile operators not support properly but if ground level peoples of the company is not able to handle or operators are not responding to them so its the responsibility of top management to handle the issue and talk with top management of operators, but Cellnext top management that is headed by Valufirst have not any interest to know that what the clients are suffering, few are the issue that I am posting here :

    1. One of my customer gme is not working for 3 days accros india
    2. on dedicated short code message from bsnl have problem that if we send any sms so a blank sms revert from 56677 while we send sms on any dsc, this issue is pending from around one week
    3. if we send sms on dsc from idea mobile so blank sms return from IX-(dsc number), ix is operator code of Idea Karnataka and may be from other circle the diff code will be prefixed its also pending for one week
    4. GME is not accessable from Airtel Delhi / NCR and its pending for 25 days

    Now i tell you the answers of Cellnext

    1. We are working with operators and we have not get any reply from operators
    2. Not any reply from cellnext and problem is same
    3. Not any reply from cellnext and problem is same
    4. We are working with Idea and Airtel they are not accepting their fault, then next reply is that now Idea and Airtel is mutually doing some thing, but not any solution till the date

    I am not able to understand that who is working with whom is not my concern, my concern that what is about the loss that we are facing , my clients are suffering, who is responsible for loss in business of my client, if Cellnext accept their fault so cellnext bear the loss of all clients and if operators accept their fault so they bear the loss, but cellnext is now worst management company and mobile operators are alwasy a cheaters they always robe the money of users

    After seeing this strong action, entire team of cellnext is now involved to creating dandas with operators inclucding bottom to top lelvel escalation persons, i had never complaint with cellnext because i know operators are biggest gundas in india but if operators not take any thing easy then treat with them in the same way, that only i want , i hope now condition will go very smooth and will be happy sms journey with cellnext
