I have put a complain against disconnection of AirTel connection at Noida my rented home,on 09 November, 2009. But I was offered a new plan so I was agreed for that but till commited date it was not started so I put again a complain for disconnection in written. In reply I was again offered a new plan and after a lot of discussion I become agree for the new plan on 23 November, 2009. I was informed that my new plan as well as modem( Wi-Fi) will be installed within three days but that not happened. So, I remind him again on 27 November,2009 but again not happened till 28 November. So Today 29 November,2009, I informed The AirTel at customer care that if by 30 November,2009 they will take necessary action and I will be forced to move to court.I got reply that by evening I will get some response but again till 3.30pm i didn't get any response...
So how bad service Is AirTel. In future I never recommend any one for AirTel,Noida UP.
I want to move to Consumer Court ...please help me how and where .....
