    Red face E Phone from Naaptol Complaint

    Hi,

    I have puchased ePhone from online shopping site, Naaptol. I received the phone and found that the phone is China phone and it has duplicate IMEI number. Also, it gave verious error messages within 15 days of the use.

    I called the customer care number and asked for refund. They asked me to send the phone for replacement. I send them the phone and asked that I want the refund and dont want the china phone. Also, the phone they have proveided does not contain name ephone. only Phone is written over there.

    Sir, I lost my 5000 rupees by purchasing this faulty phone. Kindly help me so that I can get the refund of my money and not the same faulty phone.

Actually i m using ia reliance sim . the company sent ma a message many time that dear costumer ur using invalid IMEI no phone. and after 30th november you will not able to use this phone. said by Indian goverment. now i m in very big trouble ? please sugest me what i have to do now????

    Default Faulty EPhone 3300

    Hi,

    Few days back I purchased EPhone from naaptol.com. The phone that I recived hangs after few minutes of use and the battery backup is too less. Need to charge after 2 or 3 calls. Also all the features described in the phone manual are not installed. There are spots on the screen. When I call the customer care, they informed me that I need to send the phone back to naaptol and they will return it back after 15 days, or I can show this phone to local phone repair shop.
    I am not intrested to send the phone and need my money back. Please help me...

    Angry Naaptol Cheats by giving wrong products by taking more price

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Iam Krishna Prasad from bangalore.I had booked I5800 Express Music mobile on 11-03-2010 bearing Order ID : 217435. And i recieved the parcel on 25-03-2010 at 7.20 am after repeated followup with Aramex courier service AWB no : 6352732982 , As per Aramex A/c No.36668068. But when i opened the Package i was cheated / mistake by having X.E88 mobile phone instead of I5800 Express music phone inside the package. I had paid via Cash on Delivery. But immediately i informed the courier dispatched person by name Mr.Guru on his mobile just a minute after it delivered but he washed his had saying he is not held responsible for wrong product.

    I was charged 3999/-Rs for I5800 express music phone + 200/-Rs for shipping but i recieved X.E88 phone which is cheap mobile rating 2900/-Rs.only. I was cheated of 1100/- Rs and that to the product ( X.E88 ) is a worst mobile with low quality.

    The delivery person of Aramex courier was Mr.Guru and his contact number is 9741838358, i immediately informed him, who gave his senior contact Mr.Prakash 9632300299 but his mobile is switched off.

    The request with Naaptol and Aramex is to please check into the matter as early as possible and resolve the problem so that the Reputation of your companies doesnt get bad. The involvement of some lower end staffs is my suspect.

    i hav taken a naaptol E phone through online frm this site....my mobile battery have been discharged....since it has a warrenty of six months and it has been not yet completed....so i request u to pls replace my battery with new battery as soon as possible...

    Last month i oader a i9700 HANDSET from Naaptol.Com after seeing an ad in newspaper. My Naaptol.com Order No. 283946 dtd. 7/04/2010. I wait the product 10 days i found that the Handset was not in coming at my home, I complained a lot of times. Naaptol.com is a fraud firm . Only they have one STD no in which , when we are calling there is a recorded message and we are not able to contact them. Once I spoke with their Customer care executive in one STD No. they promised they will get back me soon.But they didn’t given any response. Since then I am trying to contact Naaptol.com Every customer of Naaptol.com is facing the same problem. I would like to request you to kindly take a action against the firm (i.e. Naaptol.com)

    I HAD BOOKED AN ePHONE OF BOSS COMPANY MODEL ePHONE 3300 ONLINE. I WAS SUPPLIED A PACKAGE ON 26/5/2010 FOR WHICH I HAD PAID RS 3999 + RS 200, TOTAL RS 4200 FOR THIS PACKET. FOLLOWING SERIOUS COMPLAINTS WERE FOUND WHEN I OPENED THE PACKET.THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED A FULLY DEFECTIVE PIECE OF ePHONE 3300 VIDE ORDER NO 422688.

    BELOW ARE THE SERIOUS COMPLAINTS FOR THIS PHONE AND IT HAD BEEN ALREADY BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE MR JITENDRA ON DATED 26/5/2010.

    1.PHONE IS SHOWING THE ERROR MESSAGE ABOUT THE BATTERY ONLY WITHIN FEW MINUTES OF CHARGING AND EVEN AFTER KEEPING IT FOR LONG TIME THE BATTERY IS NOT GETTING CHARGED EVEN 25% OF THE TOTAL.

    2.THE GUARANTEE CARD RECEIVED IN THE PACKET SHOWS THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF JAN 2010. WHILE I HAVE PURCHASED THIS PHONE ON 25/5/2010 AND WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 26/5/2010.IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE PHONE YOU HAVE SUPPLIED ME IS 5 MONTHS OLD PURCHASE FOR WHICH GUARANTEE PERIOD WILL BE EXPIRED WITHIN ONE MONTH OF MY PURCHASE.

    3.AS DEFINED AS AN ePHONE, NONE OF THE INTERNET BASED FUNCTIONS ARE WORKING.

    4.AS DEFINED AS A DUAL PHONE, THE SECOND SIM CARD SLOT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.

    THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER AS WE PAID THE FULL VALUE OF OUR PRODUCT AND WE GOT A DEFECTIVE PIECE.

    WE NOW REQUEST YOU TO REFUND US THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT OR WE WILL BE FORCE TO TAKE SERIOUS LEGAL ACTIONS TO RECOVER THE AMOUNT WE PAID FOR OUR PRODUCT.

    IF WE DO NOT GET OUR REFUND BACK OR ANY REPLY IN WRITING WITHIN THE PERIOD OF 2 DAYS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO GO FOR COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION COUNCILL AND WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCIES THERE AFTER.

    Default Naap tol Cheating

    Dear sir,

    I have ordered a spy pen of 16 GB (Order number 472567)[/B]. But when I received the pen it was of 8GB
    so that I have talk to the custermer care and she suggested to return it and the will send me again 16 GB spy pen. I have already paid full amount but I have nit received my spy pen. from 11/06/2010.
    This is totally cheating.

    Please help me out.
