    Default defected and broken material send by naaptol

    Hi there,actually I filed a complaint that I received a material from NAPTOL which was broken and defected.My order number was 2711262 and product is (VOX Portable Mini Refrigerator For Home & Car).When I received the material it was broken as I mentioned earlier and on the same day I call Customer Care guys and registered a complaint.My registered complaint number is : 1817129.But till now I didn't get any reply from them.So,its my request to resolve this problem as soon as possible.It will really be appreciated.

    Default Mob phone 9530

    I ordered for black berry 9530 vide order no 2794473 on 10/11/11.i received it on 20/11/11 in a broken state. When inquired from complaint i did not get a suitable reply and i got it repaired from the market for rs 1200/- the packet was open from inside and there was no usb cable and no 2 gb card which it was suppose to have. I dont think that you will refund the repair cost but at least send me the deficient items that was in the consignment. Thanx for the poor and disheartening service.

WHIN I COMPLAIND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THEN HE REPLIED THAT YOU NOTHING GIVE THE ASSOSERIES.WHEN I MENTIOND TIME NOT FIND WRITTEN OR ORAL ADVICED TO THIS TIPE.SO SIR GIVE ME MY ASSOSERIES OR SEND MY AMMOUNT .
